Joseph Doherty 7e958cd750 perf(modbus): pooled request ADUs, a reused MBAP header and single-buffer RTU deframing
R07:L5 (Modbus half, former F2): ModbusTcpTransport builds the MBAP ADU in a
pooled buffer and reads the reply header into one per-transport buffer (sends are
single-flight under the gate). ModbusRtuOverTcpTransport writes its ADU into a
pooled buffer (ModbusRtuFraming.WriteAdu, byte-identical to BuildAdu), and
ReadResponsePduAsync reads and validates the whole frame in one pooled buffer
instead of five arrays. Only the returned PDU is allocated. The exchange stays one
async method: splitting it cost a state-machine box that ate the saving. Scratch
A/B per op: RTU deframe 352 -> 184 B, RTU send 640 -> 408 B, TCP send 864 -> 800 B;
timings within noise; Driver.Modbus.Tests 2 s before and after. NormalizeWordOrder
lives in ModbusDriver (not a transport) and is left alone.

Joseph Doherty 004c09fa13 fix(ablegacy): an Unsupported the device replied with is an answered refusal, not a local one
Review I2: Driver.Ab.Transport raises statuses that came off the wire in an
Execute PCCC reply (envelope CIP status, PCCC STS) as AbDeviceReplyException.
AbLegacy's IsLocalRefusal now excludes it, and the new IsAnsweredRefusal (used
by the read, write, probe and indirect-index paths) counts a wire Unsupported -
CIP 0x08/0x1C/0x20 on the envelope, STS 0x10 - as answered: per-tag
BadNotSupported, Healthy, LastSuccessfulRead advanced. Before, they landed in
the 'refused before the wire' neutral class. Pre-wire refusals are unchanged
(still neutral). A socket test covers all four codes (red before); transport
tests pin the marker and a pre-wire builder refusal as the positive control.
The AbCip Forward Open BadConnection path is untouched.

Joseph Doherty 0c9e4f4e3d fix(client): a failover abandons itself once the user disconnects or reconnects; paging and teardown minors
Review I1: ConnectAsync, DisconnectAsync and Dispose each start a new connection
epoch under _subscriptionLock. A keep-alive failover runs under the epoch it
started in and abandons itself the moment it moves: it installs its session only
if the epoch still matches (checked and assigned under the lock, otherwise the
session is disposed), its state transitions are epoch-guarded, it stops trying
endpoints, and it never flips a user's new connection to Disconnected. A late
keep-alive from a previous connection's session starts no failover. Gate-driven
tests cover the success and all-fail arms, the stale keep-alive, with a genuine
failover as the positive control (4 of them red before).

Minors: m8 only the CompareExchange winner sets LastFailover; m5 the endpoint
loop stops early, and a failed Unsubscribe still drops its bookkeeping; m1 a read
cancelled mid-paging releases its cursor (bounded token) and rethrows, and the cap
release no longer rides the caller's token; m2 results are trimmed to the cap;
m3 a non-positive cap is refused (CLI and UI already bound it to >= 1); m6 the
subscription adapter's Dispose uses one bounded bridge for delete + detach.

Joseph Doherty d64c77b62d fix(opcuaclient): shutdown cancels session work before the gate wait; dispose skips a redundant nested shutdown (review r2 R2-1, R2-2)
- R2-1: the ConditionRefresh sweeps (RefreshRequired, post-outage recovery) run
under the session's work token, and ShutdownAsync cancels session work first
thing - so a sweep holding the subscription gate against a stalling upstream no
longer eats the whole teardown budget the deletes and close need.
- R2-2: DisposeAsync skips its nested ShutdownAsync when a shutdown already started
for the current lifecycle generation (nothing initialised since), so PostStop's
dispose does not re-wait the gate past its budget. Test: with the gate held, the
shutdown waits (positive control) and the dispose does not wait again; red with
  the skip removed.

Joseph Doherty 419ecb3ce9 fix(mtconnect): a delivered /sample chunk clears an unanswered-write degradation (review r2 N-5)
Coordinator ruling: a delivered chunk proves the Agent is alive (the analogue of
OpcUaClient's good keep-alive), so TryMarkStreamDelivered - generation-checked
under _subscriptionLock - also clears _writeDegraded. The degradation no longer
sticks forever on a subscription-only driver. Test: unanswered write -> Degraded,
stays Degraded with nothing else happening (positive control), the next chunk ->
Healthy; red with the clear removed. Round-2 doc text corrected.

Joseph Doherty dad28d37a2 fix(alarms): never drop a comment-trail entry on pair divergence (E5 review r1)
I-1: a node whose in-memory trail is one short of the stored trail (it missed
a command the peer applied, whose entry then replicated in) silently dropped
its own next entry — in failover, the survivor's newest ack — because the
positional "past MAX(seq)" rule treated it as already stored.

SaveAsync now reconciles the last 16 in-memory entries against the stored
rows from that position on, by content (Kind/User/Text, timestamps within a
5-minute skew window; matched rows are consumed so repeats count). The peer's
copy of the same command is recognised and not re-appended; an unmatched
entry is inserted at its own ordinal when free, otherwise appended at
MAX(seq)+1 with a Warning — kept, never silent. Bounded read, constant write.

m1: MigrateInlineComments copies only — it no longer UPDATEs the condition
row (a fresh-HLC re-stamp could beat a newer peer ack under LWW); the next
save clears comments_json. m2: it returns unparseable alarm ids and OnReady
logs a Warning per id (+ an Information tally). m3/m4: documented in the
store remarks (Remove vs lagging peer; in-memory index == durable ordinal).

Tests: store-level failover sequence (missed command -> survivor's ack and
next entry persisted once, re-save writes 0 rows, one Warning) with the
dual-write positive control (peer copy present -> 0 rows, no Warning) and a
repeated-identical-comment case; a loopback pair failover test (link down,
survivor acks, rejoin -> both entries on both peers, held); migration
no-row-rewrite, partial fill and unparseable reporting; OnReady Warning.
Both failover tests fail against the round-0 store.

Joseph Doherty bc1f341e8a fix(mtconnect): Unsupported latch inside the checked section; live-index reads do not clear a write degradation (review r1 N-4, N-5)
- N-4: the /sample Unsupported latch is set inside TryDegradeStream's
generation-checked critical section (latchUnsupported), so a superseded pump can
no longer latch it on the session that replaced it.
- N-5: a read served from the live pump index clears only the read degradation -
it is stream evidence, like a chunk, which by the I-3 ruling does not clear an
unanswered write. The 'cannot stick' wording in the XML doc and
  docs/drivers/MTConnect.md now states the latch-until-next-answered-/current-read-
or-write behaviour, incl. the subscription-only consequence. Tested (chunk +
live-index read keep Degraded; an answered write clears it).

Joseph Doherty c39bcd6e24 fix(opcuaclient): unresolvable acks warn instead of tripping the ack breaker; shutdown holds subscription management (review r1 N-1, N-2, N-3)
- N-1 (Important): m3's BadNodeIdUnknown throw for an ack with no resolvable
condition counted toward the host's AlarmAcknowledge breaker (threshold 5), so
re-acks of one unresolvable condition blocked every genuine ack. It now logs a
Warning and returns; only a no-reply transport failure throws. Test through the
real CapabilityInvoker: six unresolvable acks, then a genuine ack that is still
delivered (red with the throw restored).
- N-2: ShutdownAsync holds _subscriptionGate for the whole teardown (in-flight
subscribes finish first, bounded by the budget), so a subscribe arriving during
the delete phase finds the session released instead of creating a subscription
  on the closing session. Red-tested.
- N-3: the shutdown-side cert-validation detach is generation-checked under
_probeLock with the map / endpoint clear.

Joseph Doherty abbaac3615 perf(ab-transport): pool CipWriter, reassembly and frame-header buffers
R07:L5 (AB half): CipWriter rents its working buffer from ArrayPool and returns
it in ToArray (which now completes the writer; later writes throw). A single-reply
Logix read is one copy of the data (no List<byte> + ToArray); a fragmented read
reassembles in a pooled buffer. EncapsulationClient reads the frame header into a
per-session buffer (reads only happen under the session gate) instead of a new
array per reply. Measured per op (scratch A/B, Release): frame encode 784 -> 200 B,
Logix read 1994 -> 1655 B, 3-fragment read 11.9 -> 8.2 KB, EIP round trip
2.75 -> 2.15 KB; encode time 41-46 -> 28-39 ms per 500k, other timings within
noise; Ab.Transport.Tests 3 s before and after. Modbus transports are left to a
follow-up (its lane is still in review).

Joseph Doherty 92749402b5 fix(modbus): review r3 - one address authority (ModbusTagAddressResolution)
N3: a keyless blob carrying the addressResolved marker was served from its
string by the driver but saved as HR[0] by the editor model / CSV path. The
precedence rule now lives in ONE pure resolver in Driver.Modbus.Contracts
(ModbusTagAddressResolution.Classify/Resolve): keys when region+address are
both present, else a string-only addressString resolved with the driver's
family (refused when it cannot parse), else refused. The marker never decides.

Consumers that now ask it instead of restating it: the driver's tag reader
(ModbusTagDefinitionFactory.FromTagConfig), the deploy gate (Inspect /
DescribeRejection), the editor model (AddressShape / IsStringOnly /
HasKeyAddress / ResolveWith, ToJson stamping, Validate), the CSV export cells
and the editor hint. The model writes keys only when it loaded them or a field
was authored - never defaults it did not resolve (also closes two divergences
the new matrix found: malformed-string+marker and non-string addressString were
saved as HR[0]).

One table-driven test (ModbusAddressAuthorityAgreementTests) runs 15 persisted
shapes through driver, deploy gate, model load/save/Validate and the real CSV
export->import under all four families; breaking the CSV export or reverting
the model to the marker rule fails it.

Minors: m1 CSV address cells keep the string+marker while it still describes
them (lossless unchanged round trip), drop it when contradicted, and the review
grid reports the drop; m2 the pre-lane test uses the real export residual; m3
unmarked string-only + typed-cell case added; m4 stale docs/summary and the
unused factory parameter removed.

Joseph Doherty dfc62cef14 fix(ab-transport): map CIP 0x1C/0x20/0xFF-0x2104 as refusals; remap the PCCC STS table
K-F1 (AbCip #737 F1): FromCip maps general 0x1C and 0x20 to Unsupported and
0xFF/0x2104 to OutOfBounds, so a controller refusal is per-tag Bad instead of a
BadReply comms fault. A Forward Open refused with one of them is still
BadConnection. Every CIP code is now listed with its meaning; 0x01/0x07 stay
opaque on purpose.

K-F3 (AbLegacy F8, review 07 r0 I4): FromPccc follows the DF1 STS table:
0x20/0x30/0x90 -> BadConnection (a bridge reporting an unreachable END node),
0x50 and EXT 0x06 -> NotFound, EXT 0x07 -> OutOfBounds, 0x60 -> NotAllowed,
0x70/0xB0 -> DeviceStateConflict. Golden ParseReply tests per STS, and an
end-to-end AbLegacy test: STS 0x30 degrades with LastSuccessfulRead preserved;
the 0x60 positive control stays Healthy and advances it. Both were red before.
Driver edits are doc remarks and the two runtime tests the old table pinned.

Joseph Doherty f0d807e7b7 fix(opcuaclient): review r0 minors m1-m10
- m1: the form hint now says ProbeTimeoutSeconds can only shorten Test Connect's
10 s budget (passing the configured value as the button's budget is shared code -
  follow-up).
- m2: a superseded init no longer overwrites _options (generation-checked under
_probeLock) or the cert-validation handler (handed back and published with the
session; detached when not installed; a previous one detached on replace).
- m3: an ack none of whose condition ids resolves throws BadNodeIdUnknown + Warning.
- m4: an ack with no reply (transport failure / non-caller timeout) degrades.
- m5: no session before the gate is the same ServiceResultException(BadNotConnected).
- m6: the caller-cancelled-write deviation is documented.
- m7: a reply during a published outage advances the stamp but does not write
Healthy; the keep-alive recovery ends the outage.
- m8: test for a non-caller OperationCanceledException write -> Degraded.
- m9: the browse session owns and disposes the user certificate it loaded
(OpcUaUserIdentityFactory.LoadCertificate; a key-less cert is disposed before the
  throw); AdminUI-host certificate path documented.
- m10: a subscribe overtaken by a shutdown / re-init removes its half-built
subscription instead of registering it (data and alarm).
- Sync Dispose drains each gate for 500 ms (was 2 s).

2: only a PUBACKed (QoS >= 1) publish advances LastSuccessfulRead; a QoS 0 Sparkplug
command completing means only that the bytes left the local socket.
3: a no-verdict SUBSCRIBE caused by the caller's own cancellation now throws
OperationCanceledException (refs still Bad + pending), so the breaker no longer
counts a pipeline timeout as a failure.
4: the rebirth wait is the window capped at 15 s, below the AdminUI 20 s per-call
timeout.

Joseph Doherty 846c8d6335 fix(alarms): move scripted-alarm comment trail to its own append-only table (R05:4)
Every Part 9 transition used to re-serialize the alarm's whole comment trail
into alarm_condition_state.comments_json and replicate it to the pair peer:
O(n) per transition, O(n^2) over an alarm's life (measured: one ack at 10k
comments shipped 1,080,553 oplog bytes; now ~1.6 KB, the same as at 10).

- New replicated table alarm_condition_comment, PK (scripted_alarm_id, seq),
seq = the entry's ordinal in the trail. Ordinal (not content) keying makes
the two pair nodes' copies of one logical entry (each stamped by its own
clock, since both nodes apply every command) collapse to one row under LWW.
- LocalDbAlarmConditionStateStore.SaveAsync appends only entries past the
stored MAX(seq) (INSERT OR IGNORE, append-only) and upserts a fixed-size
condition row with comments_json = "[]", in one transaction. Remove drops
the trail with the row. Load merges the table with any inline trail.
- comments_json column kept (always "[]") so the condition table's shape and
replication digest are unchanged and old-shape rows still load exactly.
- AlarmConditionStateSchema.MigrateInlineComments: idempotent per-row move of
inline trails, run by LocalDbSetup.OnReady after RegisterReplicated so the
moved entries replicate. Comment table joins ReplicatedTables (now five).

Tests: constant transition payload at 10 vs 10k comments (+ instrument
positive control), old-shape back-compat load, migration idempotency /
partial re-run / lazy move, OnReady boot migration captured in the oplog,
and two loopback pair tests (A->B and B->A trail convergence; the shared
entry converges to one copy, with a distinct-alarm positive control).

Joseph Doherty 099f253321 fix(sql): review minors - superseded-reader polls, rebind faults, disposed-reader guard, JSON position (R06 G2 review m-1 m-2 m-4 m-6 m-7)
m-1: a poll that captured a reader a rebind then disposed retries once on the current
reader; with no newer reader the typed SqlPollReaderDisposedException is marked
classified, so HandlePollError no longer degrades for it. Groups report a disposed
reader as a sentinel so WhenAll surfaces the typed exception, not a bare cancel.
m-2: TryAddRef refuses new groups once Dispose ran, matching the doc comment.
m-4: a rebind / tag-table failure in InitializeAsync now writes Faulted with a
sanitized reason (generation-checked) and host Stopped instead of latching
Initializing with no LastError.
m-6: SecurityClass-as-descriptor is documented at the Sql site (Commons field is a
follow-up). m-7: a position-less JsonException renders '?' instead of blanks.

Joseph Doherty c1b9c7ec5c fix(sql): attribute a duplicated key to its own tags; key-value cap gets 2x headroom (R06:S-1 review I-1, m-3)
One stray duplicate row used to fail every tag in a key-value group or none of them,
depending on whether an unrelated key was absent. Duplicated keys are now refused
per key: only that key's tags publish BadConfigurationError and the rest of the group
reads normally. The key-value cap reads up to 2x the distinct keys (+1 to detect
excess), so a few stray duplicates are attributed per key and only a gross excess
(history/events table) fails the whole group. Duplicated-key refusals count as
answered refusals for health. The row-cap, duplicate-key and multi-row warnings now
use the per-plan limiter (m-3); the reader-wide limiter is removed. Unit tests pin
both the all-keys-present and absent-key cases with Good controls; live SQL Server
gate added (23/23).

Coordinator ruling on F3: a write with no reply (transport failure / deadline)
sets Degraded with the stamp preserved and a type-only LastError, through a new
_writeDegraded flag folded into PublishHealthy. One success writer is shared:
RecordReadAnswered (a /current answer, an Agent refusal, a live-index read)
clears the read AND write degradations; RecordWriteAnswered clears the write
one; neither clears the other path's stream degradation. Tests both directions
(answered write clears it, good read clears it) plus the converse (an answered
write does not clear a failed read); red with each half removed.
m7: a good /current resets the refusal-dedup latch, so a refusal recurring after a

Joseph Doherty 2d8bb037f5 fix(client): failover runs under the subscription gate; ConnectAsync refuses when connected
R08 4.5: every subscription operation that awaits I/O and the failover's
teardown + reconnect + replay share one async gate, and every read/write of the
subscription fields (failover's null-outs included) is under _subscriptionLock.
A subscribe in flight when a failover starts is recorded first and then replayed
onto the new session instead of landing on the dying session's subscription. The
dead session is disposed before the gate is taken so a blocked call fails fast.
A DisconnectAsync during a failover is no longer undone by it. ConnectAsync on a
connected or reconnecting client throws instead of overwriting (and leaking) the
live session.

Joseph Doherty 540b1632c5 perf(client): lazy child detection in BrowseAsync, NodeId-indexed UI notifications
R08 3.6: BrowseAsync no longer issues one HasChildren Browse per Object child; an
Object reports HasChildren (may have children) and is confirmed when expanded or
recursed. ISessionAdapter.HasChildrenAsync is removed. The UI subscriptions panel
routes each notification through a NodeId index kept in step with
ActiveSubscriptions (add/remove/replace/reset) instead of scanning every row.

Joseph Doherty f48a065c21 fix(mtconnect): a superseded pump writes no health, flags or index state (review I-1, m2, m3)
- The pump's delivered/degraded writes (stream flag, live flag, PublishHealthy /
Degrade) now happen in TryMarkStreamDelivered / TryDegradeStream: one critical
section under _subscriptionLock that re-checks the session generation. A pump
wedged in a subscriber past its last check can no longer report a replaced
session's (down) stream Healthy and make the read path trust it.
- m3: the index and condition tracker are installed in the same lock as the
session + generation and captured under it (TryCaptureSessionState), so a stale
chunk cannot fold into the new session's index.
- Teardown also bumps the generation, so an abandoned pump cannot write over the
  shutdown's health either.
- m2: an Agent restart clears the live flag before clearing the index, so reads
go to /current until the re-baseline lands.
Red test: the wedged-pump harness with the new stream failing, plus a positive
control (the current pump's chunk restores Healthy).

Joseph Doherty a74a18e49a fix(client): offer exactly the served aggregates in the CLI and UI
R08 2.3: AggregateType drops StandardDeviation (no backend serves it; always
BadAggregateNotSupported) and gains Range, Delta, MinimumActualTime,
MaximumActualTime, PercentGood and PercentBad. A parity test pins the enum to
AggregateFamilies.Served and each member to its same-named Part 13 ObjectId.
The CLI parses every enum name (plus aliases) and the UI picker lists them all.
Existing members keep their numeric values; 6 is retired.

Joseph Doherty 0200619322 fix(modbus): review r2 - region+address keys always win; string-only means no keys
N2: pre-#741 rows carry region/address beside an addressString with no marker
(the old driver never read the string, the old model preserved it as an
unknown key). The r1 rule resolved those from the string - a silent remap or
BadNodeIdUnknown on upgrade. The driver now loads from region+address whenever
both are present (classic, editor-pinned, pre-lane); only a blob with NO keys
is string-only and resolved through the parser. This is safe because the model
no longer stamps keys onto a string-only tag. The model distinguishes
string-only / legacy-string-beside-keys / pinned, and the editor hint says so.
Test matrix over every persisted shape (keys only, pre-lane keys+string,
pre-lane stamped HR/0+string, string only, marker+keys, marker no keys) under
every family; the pre-lane row also through a model save and a CSV
export->import.
n5: a typed CSV address cell is an authored address - it drops addressString
and the marker (new CsvTypedColumn.ClearsKeys) instead of being discarded.
n6: Validate skips the region/dataType/byteOrder enum checks on a string-only
tag (the driver ignores them). n7: docs/v2/modbus-addressing.md restates the
key-presence rule.

Joseph Doherty 57ae69a05e fix(client): release a capped HistoryRead cursor, read (not release) follow-up pages, detach deleted subscriptions
R08 1.4: raw and modified history reads share HistoryReadPaging. A read stopped by
the caller's cap releases the server continuation point. The raw path also passed
releaseContinuationPoints = (cp != null), which released page two instead of reading
it, so every raw read was silently truncated to its first server page.

R08 1.5: DefaultSubscriptionAdapter removes its Subscription from the SDK Session
on delete/dispose (and a failed CreateAsync removes it too), so re-targeted alarm
subscriptions no longer accumulate in Session.Subscriptions.

Joseph Doherty 44ea6595e5 feat(arrays): advertise AbCip/AbLegacy/TwinCAT array writes in DriverArrayWriteSupport
The Wave-2 lanes gave AbCip, AbLegacy and TwinCAT real whole-array write
encoders (review 07 U10/U9), but the capability table still listed all three
as scalar-only, so every array node materialised read-only and a client write
was BadNotWritable before it reached the driver.

Rows added, each listing only what WriteAsync encodes end to end:
- AbCip: SInt/USInt/Int/UInt/DInt/UDInt/Real/Dt/LInt/ULInt/LReal, declared
length, not a safetyTag. BOOL/STRING/Structure arrays stay read-only.
- AbLegacy: Int/AnalogInt on N/B/A, Long on L, Float on F (file-width match),
plain <file><n>:<word> address, <= 256 elements; not /bit, .sub, indirect,
  S:/I:/O:, nor native PLC-5.
- TwinCAT: every codec element type, declared length; not a BOOL bit-in-word
  path.
Elements convert in all three encoders, so the rows never key on an exact
node DataType (ScadaBridge int[] -> Int16 stays writable); they leave out
only node types whose elements never convert (DateTime/String over numeric,
Boolean on AbLegacy, STRING under DateTime on TwinCAT: culture-dependent).

Tests: driver-level parity for each driver (every element type x node type
plus shape cases, against the real write path), the AbLegacy parity tests
un-skipped, Core.Abstractions row tests, a composer test (three drivers
writable, refused shapes read-only), and the existing AbCip negative cases
moved to a BOOL array. Docs: Uns.md table, per-driver docs, data-plane rules.

Joseph Doherty f51055b509 test(opcuaclient, mtconnect): live-fixture cases for the lane G1 fixes
Against opc-plc (opc.tcp://10.100.0.35:50000): a shutdown with three live
subscriptions is bounded and the same instance re-initialises and reads (O-9 +
lifecycle generation through the real SDK); a server-refused write
(BadTypeMismatch) passes through and keeps the driver Healthy with its stamp
advanced (health contract); the browse side-panel reports a live variable's type,
shape and access (O-5).
Against the MTConnect fixture Agent: the headers-only ping reaches it and fails on
a dead port (T-7); a delivering /sample stream serves reads and reports its lag and
effective count on the diagnostics bag (T-4/T-5).

Joseph Doherty 3531834cce fix(modbus): review r1 - resolved address keys win only when the editor pinned them
N1: the m2 precedence trusted region/address whenever the keys were present,
but the AdminUI model stamps defaulted HoldingRegisters/0 on every save, so a
string-only tag (CSV import, or any editor toggle) silently became HR[0] -
reads AND writes. The resolved keys are now authoritative only when the editor
marked them ("addressResolved": true, written by Resolve); an unmarked
addressString is always resolved through the parser with the driver's family.
The model no longer stamps address fields for a string-only tag, CSV export
leaves its address cells blank, and the editor hint distinguishes string-only
from pinned tags. Tests: CSV import and editor save of a string-only tag, a
stamped-default blob, and the pinned positive control across families.
n1: docs/v2/modbus-addressing.md updated (FC23 opt-in, maxReadGap semantics,
coalescing scope, addressString/family rules, coil coercion, refusals).
n2: form round-trip tests for UseFC23ForMultiRegisterWrites /
DisableReadCoalescing. n4: the editor keeps unresolved address text when the
parent echoes back its own emit. n3: noted, no change.

Joseph Doherty 2a28c06fc7 fix(sql): a skipped tag reports the deploy gate's reason, pinned for the deferred Query model (R06:S-4)
A model:Query tag reached the runtime skip ledger as a generic 'did not map'. The
ledger reason (and the skip warning) now comes from SqlTagDefinitionFactory.Inspect -
the deploy gate's own explanation over the same parser - so /hosts names the
deferral. A test pins that the deploy gate names Query through the parser. Making it
a hard deploy error in Warn mode is a ControlPlane change (follow-up); MySql/Odbc and
allowWrites remain feature issues.

Joseph Doherty ac01c88c0e fix(mtconnect): an Agent refusal of /current is a reply, not a comms fault
Health contract: an MTConnectError document (NO_DEVICE, INVALID_REQUEST, ...) is the
Agent answering. The parsers now mark such an InvalidDataException
(MTConnectXml.IsAgentRefusal - the type is sealed, so a Data marker, every other
handler unchanged); ReadAsync reports the batch Bad but does not degrade the read
path, advances LastSuccessfulRead, clears a prior read degradation and warns once
per distinct refusal. An unparseable answer stays a comms fault.

Joseph Doherty a7d21d5a65 feat(sql): IBatchSubscribable and lifecycle-generation-stamped health (R02:P1, R06:S-9)
R02:P1: SqlDriver runs PollGroupEngine, so it now implements IBatchSubscribable and
raises one OnDataChangeBatch per poll burst (DriverInstanceActor forwards one message
per cycle instead of one per tag).
S-9: InitializeAsync/ShutdownAsync take a lifecycle generation; their health writes
apply only while current, and a poll that started under an older generation (one that
outlived the engine's teardown wait) no longer writes its verdict onto the new
configuration. Poll-driven updates can no longer end Initializing - only the
initialize's own final write does. Lifecycle writes now preserve LastSuccessfulRead.
