Split from #613. MTConnect TIME_SERIES observations (and DATA_SET/TABLE) are reported as BadNotSupported today. TIME_SERIES should surface as a variable-length double[] with the sample-rate/representation exposed.

Sources: docs/drivers/MTConnect.md (TIME_SERIES section); MTConnectObservationIndex.cs. Effort: M.

  • Parse the TIME_SERIES observation (sampleCount, sampleRate, whitespace-separated values) into double[]
  • Surface the variable length (ValueRank=1, no fixed ArrayDimensions) and a representation / sample-rate field (property or sibling node)
  • Authoring side: tag editor/DataType advisory (see the #613 slice) must accept an array for TIME_SERIES
  • Decide DATA_SET/TABLE separately (keep BadNotSupported or map to structured values)
  • Tests against the MTConnect fixture and docs

Fixed in 723392e3 (Merge b626-mtconnect): TIME_SERIES observations now read as a variable-length double[] (Float64 only); a count disagreeing with sampleCount is BadDecodingError.
