The Sparkplug ingestor refuses array metrics ("not supported in v1", SparkplugIngestor.cs around line 1274). Lane G2 (c14a3388, 15bd409c) made those leaves non-bindable in the browser and said why, so an operator can no longer commit a tag that never receives data (R06:M-5). The underlying capability, reading Sparkplug array datatypes into 1-D OPC UA arrays, is still missing. The remediation plan said to file a feature issue for it, and none exists.

Work: decode the Sparkplug B array types (Int8..UInt64, Float, Double, Boolean, String arrays) into ValueRank=1 values, reusing the fleet's 1-D array model. After that, re-enable binding for those leaves in the browser.
