The TRX guard previously printed zero skipped tests when VSTest left summary notExecuted at zero despite individual NotExecuted results. Count namespace-aware result records for skip diagnostics while preserving the existing executed-test floor and malformed/missing-file gate behavior.

Add 11 deterministic mixed/all-skipped/zero-test/namespace/boundary/error fixtures and run them before CI restore. Original script fails six diagnostic assertions; changed script passes all11. Existing62assembly artifacts report14,631 executed/572 skipped and satisfy floor12,000. Independent review clear. No production changes, live calls or local full-solution rerun for this diagnostics change.

Hosted CI is required before merge.
