docs(index): OtOpcUa MQTT driver — write-through (#508), Sparkplug primary-host STATE (#511), structured Template/DataSet flattening (#515)

All three live-gated and merged to OtOpcUa master. The index still said write-through was
deferred and every MQTT node read-only, which #508 changed on 2026-07-31; #511 and #515
landed in merge 857a10b4. Two of the three are consumer-visible to ScadaBridge: MQTT nodes
now materialize Operate rather than ViewOnly where a write destination is declared, and a
Sparkplug UDT surfaces as ordinary scalar nodes instead of being skipped.
