Bootstrap cancellation now uses an isolated virtual scheduler and exact load/publication assertions; duplicate boundary registrations removed without losing unique cases. Hosted [run 975](https://gitea.dohertylan.com/dohertj2/lmxopcua/actions/runs/975) passed on exact `76bdca90`: restore/build/drift/full test/floor/upload, 14,630 executed tests in 62 TRX reports. Merged tree equals tested tree. Local coverage: 14,631 passed / 572 skipped / zero failed. Issues closed. ScadaBridge wire behavior unchanged; no deployment.
- **Skip diagnostics follow-up #712:** existing TRX summary counters printed zero despite individual skipped outcomes. Reviewed PR #714 counts namespace-aware individual NotExecuted results without changing the executed floor; 11 deterministic script fixtures pass. It also records run 975 in repository documentation for #606. Exact head `468f13cb` awaits hosted run 979; both #712 and #606 remain open until the required merge/CI gates. No additional local full-solution run or live calls.
