docs(index): OtOpcUa's OPC UA data plane authenticates with API keys, not LDAP
Gitea #520 (OtOpcUa master, merge fbe7403c) replaced LdapOpcUaUserAuthenticator with an API-key authenticator on the OPC UA data plane. The index still told a consumer that enforcement was "LDAP roles plus a write gate", which is now the wrong instruction for anyone wiring a client. Records what a consumer actually needs: the UserName/`apikey`/`otua_...` token shape, that LDAP survives for AdminUI login only, that anonymous still defaults to admitted (so ScadaBridge is not broken today), and that revocation is asymmetric because keys reach driver-only nodes inside the deployment artifact. The "ACLs authored but not enforced" warning stands -- stages 3, 5 and 6 remove it. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015p7wGqy3YpZNCpDzTpGMKo
