build: add ZB.MOM.WW.Auth/Audit feed mapping

Maps ZB.MOM.WW.Auth, ZB.MOM.WW.Auth.*, ZB.MOM.WW.Audit to the gitea feed. PackageReferences (inline Version=) added during Phase 1/2 adoption.
