Finding

At merged main4f7a07fb, infra/README.md section10 still describes separate build and unit-tests jobs (lines223–226), claims the leg runs every assembly at once (line237), and says MIN_EXECUTED is still the default1 with a future instruction to raise it (lines246–247).

The actual .github/workflows/v2-ci.yml now has one unit-tests job that restores/builds once; repo-wide concurrency with cancel-in-progress:false; restore/build -m:2; tests -m:1 and TestTfmsInParallel:false; scripts/ci/ci.runsettings caps xUnit at2; the workflow explicitly sets MIN_EXECUTED:12000. The trailing workflow comment also says the current unit leg gates at1, although its executable setting is12000. The shell script default remains1 when no override is supplied, which should be distinguished from the workflow override.

This was identified during read-only runner-host documentation lookup for #718. It does not identify that incident cause or imply any CI configuration failure. #707 and #712 remain correctly closed for their merged verified changes.

Acceptance

Correct only this stale CI guidance and the misleading trailing workflow comment. Describe the current job/worker/concurrency/skip-diagnostic contract; retain timefactor, SlowUnit coverage, presence/absence semantics and artifact-version policy. Link the authoritative scripts/ci/README.md and label any recorded run counts as dated observations. Distinguish the shell default from the workflow floor. Preserve all executable workflow bytes, source/test behavior and runtime configuration; no live calls or solution rerun needed for prose. Review for source accuracy, then publish and close after the documentation is merged.
