PR #699 is merged as 618d98e8. Its exact merged tree passed the full solution: 14,600 passed, 609 skipped, zero failed across 62 suites, including 122 OPC UA integration tests. Live updated-data-source missing-tag reads passed: Raw 228 ms cold; cached Raw/Count/AtTime 0–2 ms with correct no-data results. No deployment changes were made.

Pending gate: run the merged build through an actual deployed OPC UA endpoint once the existing-tag Gateway Raw timeout is resolved (dohertj2/historiangw#29). Healthy-tag live behavior was not established: SysTimeSec Raw timed out through both updated data source and original package client.

Acceptance: record build and gateway versions, use read-only credentials and existing tags, and verify missing/existing Raw, Processed and AtTime responses; integer/Boolean/Float values match node DataTypes; transport outages return BadNoCommunication while unsupported operations retain their status; future AtTime and strict-ceiling stopped-tag reverse reads preserve timestamps, order, ties and completeness. Measure the stopped-tag reverse call cost against the unit regression bound rather than claiming the unit measurement is live evidence. Verify aggregate cooldown and raised/lowered limits in a controlled fixture when available.

Native TimeAverage/Total forward/reverse, all-NULL and sub-ms clipped intervals remain specifically tracked by #694, blocked on historiangw#27; do not duplicate or close that gate here. Environment/license/hardware GA gates remain in #615. Revoke and independently verify any temporary keys. This issue tracks validation, not a known defect in the merged implementation.
