- v2-ci.yml: upload-artifact@v4 -> @v3 + continue-on-error (act_runner reports as GHES and
v4 refuses GHES, failing every run); runner-capacity diagnostic step; AKKA_TEST_TIMEFACTOR=3
on the test step.
- Runtime/ControlPlane harnesses: akka.test.timefactor from AKKA_TEST_TIMEFACTOR
(TestTimeFactor), single-expect-default 15s; ControlPlane gains PresenceBudget.
- Leaked spinner threads: the infinite-loop timeout tests (Calculation, Host.IntegrationTests
RoslynVirtualTagEvaluator, 3x Core.Scripting) pinned a core for the rest of the test process
(abandoned, never stopped). Now a bounded 5 s wall-clock spin; outer compile-inclusive bound 30 s.
- Real test races fixed: ScriptedAlarmEngine push-during-drain (Inactive is also the start
state + persist-before-update => wait for the Cleared save); DriverReconnectE2e (both nodes
host the driver; Created[] is last-writer-wins and ForceReconnect is a no-op while
Connecting); ControlPlaneStarterOrder (lost-race heal waited for a 60 s refresh tick).
- Fixed sleeps -> poll-for-condition: ReconnectSupervisor LastError, Modbus deadband steps
(wait for observed reads), Modbus dispose hygiene precondition, FOCAS probe-loop log.
- Short presence budgets -> PresenceBudget in the Runtime/ControlPlane tests seen failing on
Gitea; Calculation Settle 10 -> 30 s. No assertion removed, nothing skipped.

Adds <summary>, <param>, <typeparam>, and <inheritdoc/> tags to public
members surfaced by commentchecker — resolves 5,847 of 5,869 issues
(99.6%) across three /fixdocs passes.
In TimedScriptEvaluator.RunAsync, the catch (TimeoutException) block
now checks ct.IsCancellationRequested before throwing
ScriptTimeoutException, so a caller cancellation that races a timeout
deterministically surfaces as OperationCanceledException regardless of
which WaitAsync observes first. Regression test
Caller_cancellation_wins_even_when_timeout_fires_first added.

ForbiddenTypeAnalyzer used only a namespace-prefix deny-list. System.Environment,
System.AppDomain, System.GC and System.Activator live directly in the System
namespace, which must stay allowed for primitives (Math, String, ...), so they
were never caught — an operator-authored predicate could call
System.Environment.Exit(0) and terminate the in-process OPC UA server.
Add a type-granular deny-list (ForbiddenFullTypeNames) checked by
fully-qualified type name after the namespace-prefix check; legitimate System
types are unaffected.
Regression tests assert scripts referencing Environment/AppDomain/GC/Activator
are rejected at analysis time. Core.Scripting suite: 68/68 pass.
Resolves code-review finding Core.Scripting-001 (Critical).

Group all 69 projects into category subfolders under src/ and tests/ so the
Rider Solution Explorer mirrors the module structure. Folders: Core, Server,
Drivers (with a nested Driver CLIs subfolder), Client, Tooling.
- Move every project folder on disk with git mv (history preserved as renames).
- Recompute relative paths in 57 .csproj files: cross-category ProjectReferences,
the lib/ HintPath+None refs in Driver.Historian.Wonderware, and the external
mxaccessgw refs in Driver.Galaxy and its test project.
- Rebuild ZB.MOM.WW.OtOpcUa.slnx with nested solution folders.
- Re-prefix project paths in functional scripts (e2e, compliance, smoke SQL,
integration, install).
Build green (0 errors); unit tests pass. Docs left for a separate pass.
