isolated worktree branches with TDD (every fix red-before-green, with falsification reverts recorded in
each plan's Execution notes), reviewed by an independent opus reviewer against the plan, and merged
`--no-ff` in the order R3-05 `e475f7b4` → R3-03 `851e4cf5` → R3-01 `d79d51dd` → R3-04 `f1b976f5` →
R3-02 `157d01c2`. Whole-solution unit sweep green after one cross-branch collision (`e280db37`: R3-04's
bare-role-literal guard caught R3-02's `"driver"` meter tag key — neither branch could see the other).
