Branch follow-ups: 11/22 → 13/22 done. Remaining 9 are engine wiring
gated on real drivers/SDKs (F7-F10, F13-F14), Admin UI rebuild (F15),
fold-in to F7 (F20), and SQL/LDAP harness mode (F21).
