Add FoldHourlyRollupsAsync (in-memory grouped, per-metric gauge-last/rate-sum,
idempotent upsert on the series+hour key with null-ScopeKey equality, exclusive
upper hour bound so the in-progress hour is never folded), GetHourlySeriesAsync
(same KpiSeriesPoint contract as GetRawSeriesAsync), and PurgeRollupsOlderThanAsync
(one-hour-sliced batched DELETE mirroring PurgeOlderThanAsync). Adds 7 repo tests.

New KpiRollupHourly entity is the hourly pre-aggregated series backbone folded
from raw KpiSample rows, letting long-range (30d/90d) trend reads scan ~60x fewer
rows. Same (Source, Metric, Scope, ScopeKey) series key as KpiSample plus
HourStartUtc bucket, folded Value, and MinValue/MaxValue/SampleCount fidelity
columns. UNIQUE IX_KpiRollupHourly_Series (upsert key + range-read cover, with the
default [ScopeKey] IS NOT NULL filter suppressed so Global rows participate) and
IX_KpiRollupHourly_Hour for purge. Non-partitioned, [PRIMARY], no DB-role restriction.

Closes the operator parity gap the deferred-work register tracked as #12: native
alarm source overrides could only be set one-at-a-time, while attribute overrides
had a CSV bulk path. Adds an all-or-nothing CSV import for native sources.
- Commons: extract the RFC-4180 line splitter into a shared CsvLineSplitter
(refactor OverrideCsvParser onto it — no behavior change, pinned by its tests);
new NativeAlarmSourceOverrideCsvParser (header SourceName,Connection,
SourceReference,Filter; blank = inherited).
- Commons: NativeAlarmSourceOverrideEntry + bulk SetInstanceNativeAlarmSource-
OverridesCommand (auto-registered via the reflection command registry).
- ManagementService: Deployer-gated handler — flattens once, validates every
source resolves + is unlocked + no duplicates up front, then upserts the whole
batch under a single SaveChanges (true all-or-nothing txn). Added to the frozen
authorization matrix; dispatch-coverage guard passes.
- CLI: `instance native-alarm-source import --instance-id --file` (parity with
`instance import-overrides`) + README.
- Tests: native parser (Commons), CLI parse/entry mapping, 3 bulk-handler tests
(happy path single-commit, locked-source reject, unresolved-source reject).
Also corrects a stale XML-doc line in ScriptRuntimeContext (WaitForAttribute
quality-gated mode is shipped, not "planned") and updates the deferred-work
register: marks #7/#13/#15/#16/#20 verified-resolved, #12 as CLI/API-shipped with
only the Central UI upload affordance still pending.

#05-T19. Import name-resolution findings are now split by origin: template-script
(and attribute-default-expression) references become non-blocking advisory
warnings (ConflictKind.Warning + ImportResult.Warnings) since the design-time
deploy gate re-validates authoritatively; ApiMethod-script references stay hard
errors (SemanticValidationException / ConflictKind.Blocker) as they have no
downstream gate. Names declared locally in a body (Roslyn-parsed local functions
/ methods) are excluded so a script's own helper isn't flagged; KnownNonReferenceNames
extended with common BCL/LINQ/SQL surface. DetectBlockersAsync and
RunSemanticValidationAsync Pass 1 apply the identical split so preview and apply
agree. Rollback/hard-fail tests retargeted to ApiMethods (the still-hard-failing
vehicle). CentralUI preview renders the new Warning badge/advisory.

New Commons seam: ScriptArtifactsChanged record + ScriptArtifactKinds + the
IScriptArtifactChangeBus pub/sub interface. Host ships InProcessScriptArtifactChangeBus
(lock-free copy-on-write, swallow-and-log per subscriber) registered as a central-role
singleton. BundleImporter gains an optional IScriptArtifactChangeBus? and, AFTER
tx.CommitAsync, publishes one notification per script-bearing kind (ApiMethod/
SharedScript/Template) whose resolution was Overwrite/Rename, using post-resolution
names — fully guarded so a bad subscriber can't fail a committed import. Contract +
plan-06 handoff table documented. No consumer yet (additive; publisher is correct).

Add IsLocked to ResolvedNativeAlarmSource; FlatteningService skips overrides on a
locked source (mirrors attribute/alarm lock rules); ManagementActor SetInstanceNativeAlarmSourceOverride
flattens the instance and rejects an override on a locked source (and rejects a
canonical name that does not resolve, preventing dangling overrides).

When a pulled AuditEvent fails to insert on every retry up to the permanent-
abandon threshold, the reconciliation actor now writes ONE synthetic
ReconciliationAbandoned row (new AuditKind) alongside the Critical log line —
fresh EventId, Status=Failed, channel preserved from the lost row, Extra carrying
the abandoned EventId + source site + final error — via the same
ScadaBridgeAuditEventFactory the ingest path uses. Best-effort in its own
try/catch so it never blocks the cursor twice. The permanent loss is now
queryable in the Audit Log, not only in a rotating log file.
Site side: additive proto after_id field, ReadChangedSinceAsync gains an optional
afterId cursor and deterministic (UpdatedAtUtc, TrackedOperationId) ordering — a
batch fully inside one UpdatedAtUtc instant no longer re-reads the same page
forever. Absent/empty afterId preserves the exact legacy inclusive >= contract, so
an older central is unaffected. Regenerated the checked-in gRPC C#.
Additive RequestedBy on Retry/DiscardSiteCallRequest, plumbed from the Central UI.
On an Applied relay, SiteCallAuditActor emits one best-effort CachedResolve central
direct-write row (Submitted/Discarded) with the operator as Actor. Gated on an
injected ICentralAuditWriter (null in existing tests → no mirror read, unchanged);
the site remains the source of truth for the state change.
Additive RequestedBy on Retry/DiscardNotificationRequest, plumbed from the Central
UI. RetryAsync emits a NotifyDeliver Submitted row (records who un-parked); Discard
stamps the operator on the Terminal row. Best-effort — audit failure never aborts
the action.
Retention purge deletes Forwarded/Reconciled rows older than the cutoff and
reclaims pages via incremental_vacuum; Pending rows are never purged on age
alone (would lose audit data that never reached central). Temp-table purge set
avoids the SQLite 999-param limit; runs under _writeLock. (PLAN-04 Task 1, S1/U2)
Remove project bookkeeping citations from shipped code comments across the
solution: hyphenated task IDs (WP-14, StoreAndForward-025), milestone/task/
issue refs (M3, Task 4, Audit Log #23, #21), Bundle X task-bundle labels,
and C/D/K/S/T phase labels.
Comment text only — no code logic, string/log literals, or XML-doc structure
changed. Genuine descriptions are preserved (only the citation is stripped),
and technical lookalikes are retained (UTF-8, SHA-256, T00:00:00, M365,
UTC-5, pre-C4/pre-C5 schema versions). Flagged by the new CommentChecker
TaskReferenceInComment / TrackingReferenceInComment checks plus targeted
grep passes; full solution builds clean, append-only guard tests pass.
Closes the four remaining items in the 2026-06-24 template-inheritance/CLI
follow-up tracker.
#4 — CLI `instance set-bindings` can now set DataSourceReferenceOverride.
`--bindings` accepts an optional 3rd element per entry:
[attributeName, dataConnectionId, dataSourceReferenceOverride]. A string
sets the override; a JSON null or an omitted 3rd element leaves it unset
(template default). TryParseBindings accepts 2- or 3-element entries and
rejects a non-string/non-null 3rd element or 4+ elements with a clean
error. Previously the CLI sent the override as null and silently wiped any
existing one (only a raw POST /management could set it).
#5 — `template update` is partial, not full-replace (fixed server-side so all
clients benefit). UpdateTemplateAsync now uses leave-unchanged semantics:
a null description keeps the stored value (pass "" to clear); a null
parentTemplateId keeps the existing parent. Parent stays immutable — a
non-null differing value is still rejected — but omitting --parent-id is
now a no-op instead of failing every derived-template update.
#6 — compact `template list`/`get` table output + `--detail`. Table output is
now id/name/description/parent/derived + member counts (#attrs/#alarms/
#scripts/#comps/#nativeAlarms) via TemplateTableProjection, fed through a
new optional tableProjector seam on CommandHelpers. `--detail` restores the
full dump. JSON output is left untouched (always full) so machine consumers
are unaffected — the projector only runs on the table path.
#8 — structured deploy-time validation error. New ValidationResult.SummarizeErrors()
(Commons) returns a grouped, capped summary: leading total count, one line
per ValidationCategory, and a per-module rollup (canonical name up to its
last dot) with counts + "... and N more module(s)" caps. DeploymentService
uses it for the "Pre-deployment validation failed" message and logs the full
per-entry list via LogWarning. Replaces the flat semicolon-joined dump that
became a wall of text for instances with 50-194 unbound attributes.
Tests: +8 Commons (SummarizeErrors), +8 CLI (4 binding 3-element / 4 table
projection), +2 net TemplateEngine (partial-update). Affected suites green:

Derived templates store IsInherited placeholder rows mirroring inherited
members, but a base member added/changed/removed AFTER a child was derived
never reached the child — leaving the editor's editable tabs incomplete (#1)
and stored rows drifted from the resolved set (#2).
Fix (one order-independent reconcile, two entry points):
- Auto-propagation: every attribute/alarm/script add/update/delete now
reconciles the template's derived subtree (TemplateService.ReconcileDescendantsAsync),
hooked into all member-mutating paths incl. native-alarm-source CRUD in the
ManagementActor.
- Resync: ResyncInheritedMembersAsync repairs a template + its subtree on
demand — materialize missing placeholders, re-sync drifted ones, remove
orphans, across attributes/alarms/scripts/native sources. Exposed as
management ResyncInheritedMembersCommand (Designer-gated, audited) → CLI
`template resync-members` → a Resync button on the editor's staleness banner.
Reconcile drives off TemplateInheritanceResolver (same precedence + HiLo merge
as deploy), only ever touches IsInherited placeholders (never an authored
override), and matches the staleness comparison keys so the banner clears.
BuildDerivedTemplate now also materializes native-source placeholders at
compose time (previously omitted → any inherited native source was perpetually
stale).
Tests: +8 TemplateServiceTests (materialize / drift-update / orphan-remove /
override-untouched / base-cascade / multi-type / direct-propagate / end-to-end
add) + 1 ManagementService test fix (native-source add resolves TemplateService).
