What: ZB.MOM.WW.Secrets.Replicator.Grpc (the gRPC secrets hub) has no consumer left. Decide its fate — deprecate/unlist, or keep as supported-but-unused — and correct the docs that say OtOpcUa is a hub consumer.

Evidence (verified 2026-11-06):

  • ScadaBridge retired the hub (main @ 23a139a4, 2026-09-28; its Host csproj comment says the Grpc package "was retired in Task 11"). It now references only Secrets, .Abstractions, .Ui, .Replicator.SqlServer at 0.6.2.
  • OtOpcUa master @ d51d35bd references Secrets.Replicator.AkkaDotNet 0.6.2 — Akka pair-local — and has no reference to Replicator.Grpc / the hub client anywhere.
  • So 0.6.3 (hub sweep-outcome logging + public ISecretsHubSyncStatus, published 2026-09-28) is pinned by no app and can be pinned by none: non-hub consumers gain nothing from it over 0.6.2.
  • Docs that are wrong: CLAUDE.md Secrets row ("OtOpcUa = Akka pair-local (still on the hub for its own topology)" and "0.6.3 … is there for the other hub consumer (OtOpcUa) to adopt"); ZB.MOM.WW.Secrets/CLAUDE.md ("for the library's other hub consumers (OtOpcUa)").

Options: (a) keep the package, mark it "no current consumer" in README/CHANGELOG; (b) unlist/deprecate on the feed and stop building it; (c) keep for a planned future consumer (name it).

**What:** `ZB.MOM.WW.Secrets.Replicator.Grpc` (the gRPC secrets hub) has **no consumer left**. Decide its fate — deprecate/unlist, or keep as supported-but-unused — and correct the docs that say OtOpcUa is a hub consumer. **Evidence (verified 2026-11-06):** - ScadaBridge retired the hub (`main` @ `23a139a4`, 2026-09-28; its Host csproj comment says the Grpc package "was retired in Task 11"). It now references only `Secrets`, `.Abstractions`, `.Ui`, `.Replicator.SqlServer` at `0.6.2`. - OtOpcUa `master` @ `d51d35bd` references `Secrets.Replicator.AkkaDotNet` `0.6.2` — Akka pair-local — and has no reference to `Replicator.Grpc` / the hub client anywhere. - So `0.6.3` (hub sweep-outcome logging + public `ISecretsHubSyncStatus`, published 2026-09-28) is pinned by no app and *can* be pinned by none: non-hub consumers gain nothing from it over `0.6.2`. - Docs that are wrong: `CLAUDE.md` Secrets row ("OtOpcUa = Akka pair-local (still on the hub for its own topology)" and "`0.6.3` … is there for the other hub consumer (OtOpcUa) to adopt"); `ZB.MOM.WW.Secrets/CLAUDE.md` ("for the library's other hub consumers (OtOpcUa)"). **Options:** (a) keep the package, mark it "no current consumer" in README/CHANGELOG; (b) unlist/deprecate on the feed and stop building it; (c) keep for a planned future consumer (name it).
