docs(index): record OtOpcUa's MTConnect Agent driver (merged to master, PR #506)

Keeps the umbrella index in step with the OtOpcUa driver set, per the
propagation rule in that repo's CLAUDE.md. Read-only Agent driver:
hand-rolled HTTP/XML client (probe/current + multipart /sample pump),
TrakHound dependency evaluated and dropped, browse free via the Wave-0
universal discovery browser, write-back deferred. Live-gated against a
real mtconnect/agent 2.7.0.12 fixture.
