Family-wide pin refresh of 2026-09-03: OtOpcUa b8b4c18f, mxgw 4f931e4,
HistorianGateway d8d890c, ScadaBridge e45c4af9 (Auth already on main).
Per-library narratives in ZB.MOM.WW.Auth/CLAUDE.md and
ZB.MOM.WW.LocalDb/CLAUDE.md updated to match; the stale
"unpushed / 0.6.0 / 0.5.1 / merge pending" notes are corrected.
