(Connz, Routez, Subsz, Gatewayz, Leafz, AccountStatz, Accountz, Varz,
Healthz, Raftz, Expvarz, Profilez, Stacksz, IPQueuesz, Root) and updates
Monitor/MonitorTypes.cs with the full set of monitoring response types.
