wave: KillWorkerAsync metric/state leaks, ShutdownAsync kill-fallback
gauge leak, inconsistent ConfirmDialog cleanup across pages, missing
XML docs on the new DashboardSessionAdmin surface, and unhandled
RemoveSessionAsync exception paths.
