  • R21-O19: the options validator does not reject a __Host- CookieName combined with RequireHttpsCookie=false — a cookie browsers silently drop.
  • R21-O20: EffectiveDashboardConfiguration omits DisableLogin, AutoLoginUser, RequireHttpsCookie and CookieName, so the Settings page cannot show that login is disabled.

Next step (from the tracker): O19: add the cross-field check to ValidateDashboard. O20: project the four fields in GatewayConfigurationProvider.

Current-state evidence: the row is still Open/Deferred in the latest (2026-10-21) tracker, and a code check on local main @ 8c0a51d (2026-11-06) found it still present unless noted below.
