  • R21-O14: HeartbeatCheckInterval is fed from HeartbeatIntervalSeconds, conflating the send and check intervals.
  • R21-O15: EventChannelFullModeTimeout and HeartbeatStuckCeiling are compile-time constants in WorkerClientOptions.

Next step (from the tracker): O14: split or rename the option and update docs/GatewayConfiguration.md. O15: expose both under MxGateway:Worker:* with validation, or record them as intentionally fixed.

Current-state evidence: the row is still Open/Deferred in the latest (2026-10-21) tracker, and a code check on local main @ 8c0a51d (2026-11-06) found it still present unless noted below.
