  • R21-O12: GatewaySession exposes DisposeAsync without implementing IAsyncDisposable.
  • R21-O13: GatewaySession.KillWorker(string) (line ~2057) has no production callers (only test comments mention it).

Next step (from the tracker): O12: declare the interface and check await using call sites. O13: delete it and fix the comments, or document it as the synchronous kill primitive.

Current-state evidence: the row is still Open/Deferred in the latest (2026-10-21) tracker, and a code check on local main @ 8c0a51d (2026-11-06) found it still present unless noted below.
