Worker logging gaps:

  • R21-O3: WorkerApplication.Run catch blocks log the exception type but never the message.
  • R21-O7: the documented per-command start/end log with correlation id and latency does not exist.

Next step (from the tracker): O3: add exception_message through WorkerLogRedactor in the three catch blocks plus a WorkerApplicationTests assertion. O7: add level-gated WorkerCommandStarted/WorkerCommandCompleted in StaCommandDispatcher.ExecuteQueuedCommandAsync.

Current-state evidence: the row is still Open/Deferred in the latest (2026-10-21) tracker, and a code check on local main @ 8c0a51d (2026-11-06) found it still present unless noted below.
