Three low dashboard items left open by stream D:

  • R21-D11: BrowsePage search CTS cancel/dispose race (only a caught ObjectDisposedException).
  • R21-D12: cached health status is stale while the publisher is idle.
  • R21-D13: hub pumps are not awaited on broadcaster dispose.

Next step (from the tracker): D11 swap-and-dispose under a lock when the page is next touched; D12 refresh on first subscribe; D13 await the pumps with a bounded timeout in DisposeAsync.

Current-state evidence: the row is still Open/Deferred in the latest (2026-10-21) tracker, and a code check on local main @ 8c0a51d (2026-11-06) found it still present unless noted below.
