Fake-worker setup failures now retain bounded safe worker/protocol diagnostics alongside the primary gateway error. Both fixtures observe session/worker tasks within the existing shared10s teardown budget, consume eventual faults and suppress late output. Diagnostics never format exception messages or logger state and cap output at16 records. Add deterministic Register/AddItem fault, late-fault/privacy/cancellation and pre-Advise segmented-frame regressions; production and replay assertions are unchanged.

Validation: injected-fault RED preserved RPC Unavailable while exposing missing diagnostics; a50ms cancellation mutation failed the pre-Advise framing regression. Final16 targeted and1,203 full Gateway tests passed with0 failures/skips/warnings. Independent review found no actionable findings. Hosted CI remains the closure gate.

Resolves #154. #150 retains unproven historical incident causality and other host/resource/checkout investigations.
