Gated fake workers cancelled and restarted framed pipe reads every50ms, so a gate wakeup after partial frame consumption could corrupt the next frame. Keep one outstanding read with lifetime cancellation and select it against emission signals; drain pending operations during shutdown. Replace the readiness fixture's unawaited wall-clock delay with controlled time and explicit state gates. Production is unchanged.

Validation: deterministic segmented-frame RED reproduced invalid length1930498561; corrected targeted54 and fullGateway1,196 tests pass with zero failures/skips. New lifetime cancellation/disposal cases pass. Independent review found no material defects. Hosted CI is the remaining closure gate for #151. Historical incident causality is not uniformly established; #150 retains other resource/checkout and root-cause investigations.
