Rust 1.99 strict Clippy rejects redundant must_use emitted by tonic/async_trait service generation. Allow double_must_use only in the two generated service modules, keeping handwritten source strict, worker bindings and code generation unchanged.
Validation: exact Rust1.99 baseline reproduced 12 errors; corrected strict Clippy, formatting, locked check and 108 Rust tests pass. Regeneration/version freshness passes with no generated drift. Local portable build/tests pass: gateway1193, .NET client134, Python169 plus Go; two explicit opt-in tests skipped. Independent review found no material defects. Hosted portable CI is required before closing #149; no Windows/live/deployment claim.
