Migrate the durable session-resilience governance record (Phase 5
orphan-worker reattach deferred-not-planned, EnableOrphanReattach
does not yet exist, settled Phase-4 Viewer-default decision) from
oldtasks.md into a new "Session-Resilience Epic Scope" entry in
docs/DesignDecisions.md, repoint CLAUDE.md and stillpending.md's
oldtasks.md references to the new home / tasks.json, and git rm
oldtasks.md now that it has no unique content left. Flip TST-29 to
Done in the archreview tracking registers.
The five untracked root docs-review artifacts (MxAccessGateway-docs-*,
MxGatewayClient-docs-*) are absent from this worktree; they must be
deleted from the main working tree separately (gitignored, no repo
impact).
Mark A2 handoff and stillpending §2 adopted; note the host-side design
(GatewayBrowseScopeProvider, dashboard summary projector), the lib 0.2.0
upstream changes, and caveats (NSSM deploy config, pre-existing NU1903 +
IntegrationTests EventStreamService breaks). Point CLAUDE.md at the package.
Verified the A2 gRPC-service authz-parity question: a wholesale swap to
MapZbGalaxyRepository() is unsafe because per-key browse-subtree filtering
is baked into mxaccessgw's service body. Records the verdict in the A2
handoff + stillpending §2.
Adds the approved design for closing the upstream gaps in
ZB.MOM.WW.GalaxyRepository 0.2.0 (alarm-attribute discovery + an
injectable browse-subtree scope provider; dashboard summary stays
host-side) and the full mxaccessgw adoption.
