failover consumer and returns a normal `MxCommandReply`; callers must treat only
`protocol_status = OK` as acknowledgement of the new list.
`AcknowledgeAlarmRequest` carries the operator's identity: `operator_user`
(required), `operator_password` (field 6) and `operator_domain` (field 7). The
gateway copies them onto `AcknowledgeAlarmCommand` (`operator_password` = 7) and
`AcknowledgeAlarmByNameCommand` (`operator_password` = 9); the worker
authenticates the operator and writes `AckMsg` as that user. The fields are
additive, so `GatewayProtocolVersion` stays `3`. `operator_password` is a
credential and follows the same never-log rule as
`AuthenticateUserCommand.verify_user_password`: it must not reach logs, metric
labels, `DiagnosticMessage`, `ProtocolStatus.Message`, or exception text. A
not-found or not-ackable alarm is reported with `hresult` -1.
The command model also includes bulk write/read command kinds:
`WriteBulk`, `Write2Bulk`, `WriteSecuredBulk`, `WriteSecured2Bulk`, and
`ReadBulk`. They are unary `Invoke` payloads on the same `MxAccessGateway`
