Task 3.1: 7 ordered deletion steps + MeshPaths review fix, spec+code reviews closed. Task 3.2: docs sweep + accuracy review, scadaproj index pushed on its main. DoD full-suite: run 3 exit 0 (50 suites, 9326 passed); runs 1-2 each hit one pre-existing unrelated timing flake (3 distinct tests, all untouched by the branch, 9/9 green in isolation). Also records the exit-code-capture trap found in run 1 and its retroactive caveat on Phase 2's check-8 wording. Merge to master is user-owned — STOPPED at the Phase 3 DoD.
