Residual of #247 (see #636). Indirect addresses parse but read BadNotSupported. Implement runtime resolution of the indirect index.

Landed on master (merge 489dc3d5, b0b0ce9c + 73fdb801 PLC-5 index 999 fix): AbLegacy indirect addressing (N7:[N7:0]) runtime support. Verified: unit tests + live against the 3 ab_server AbLegacy sims, 15/15 pass (re-run on merged master). Closing.
