Residual of #294 (S7). The negotiated PDU size is only logged and exposed on S7Driver.GetDiagnostics().
No generic driver-diagnostics channel reaches the AdminUI /hosts page.

Landed on master (merge 9b74a65b, tail of c2bdb7d5 + 4128d9c3): driver diagnostics surface on /hosts (S7 negotiated PDU size etc.). Also de-flaked the pre-existing Rediscovery test (failed 9/40 on base). Verified: full suites green; live on the docker-dev rig /hosts showed 'S7.NegotiatedPduSize: 480'. Closing.
