Resolved on master (90bfcbe4, f3839961; merge 42700eb2).

docs/IncrementalSync.md rewritten around the deploy-artifact path.
docs/AddressSpace.md rewritten against V3NodeIds/AddressSpaceRealm.
docs/v2/driver-specs.md updated (MQTT/MTConnect/Sql/Calculation, Modbus Transport) and its "authoritative" claim tempered.
driver-stability.md vs drivers/README.md tier contradiction resolved.
Secrets runbook (docs/operations/2026-07-16-secrets-clustered-master-key.md) now describes pair replication and includes the KEK-rotation section (rewrap against each node's store).

Closed 2026-10-08 by the hardware-available issue sweep (master d898262c).
