Adds <summary>/<param>/<returns>/<inheritdoc> where missing and removes
project bookkeeping IDs (task/tracking refs) from shipped code comments,
so the docs read cleanly and CommentChecker is quiet except for known
false positives (PLC/protocol terms, event/IEqualityComparer inheritdoc).
Doc/comment-only; no logic changed; solution builds clean.
Re-review at 7286d320. -011: ack/confirm/enable/disable/shelve now pre-validate --node and
surface a clean CommandException (was a raw FormatException) + tests. -012: refresh stale
test count in docs/Client.CLI.md.
Important 1: ShelveAlarmAsync Timed branch now multiplies shelvingTimeSeconds × 1000.0
before passing to CallMethodAsync — OPC UA Part 9 TimedShelve ShelvingTime is a Duration
in milliseconds, not seconds. IOpcUaClientService XML doc and ShelveCommand --duration
description updated to document the seconds-in / ms-out contract.
Important 2: ShelveAlarmAsync builds shelvingStateNodeId with the same
EndsWith(".ShelvingState") guard already used by the .Condition suffix in
AcknowledgeAlarmAsync / ConfirmAlarmAsync, preventing double-append.
Important 3: Add 6 service-layer tests to OpcUaClientServiceTests —

FakeSessionAdapter extended with CallMethodInputArgs list to record per-call input
arguments so the Timed test can assert the ms value.
Minor 4: ShelveCommand output changed from "Shelve (OneShot) successful" to
"{shelveKind} successful/failed" so Unshelve reads "Unshelve successful: …".
Minor 6: ShelveCommand --duration description updated to "(must be > 0; in seconds,
converted to milliseconds for the OPC UA call; required for --kind Timed)".
Adds ConfirmAlarmAsync and ShelveAlarmAsync to IOpcUaClientService and
OpcUaClientService (mirroring the AcknowledgeAlarmAsync pattern: same
CallMethodAsync/ServiceResultException/StatusCode contract). Adds ShelveKind
enum (OneShot/Timed/Unshelve). Adds three new CLI commands — ack, confirm,
shelve — with hex EventId input and per-command argument validation.
Updates both fakes (CLI + UI) to implement the new interface members and
record calls. Adds 16 unit tests covering argument mapping, invalid-input
CommandException paths, bad-status output, and disconnect-in-finally.
Adds <summary>, <param>, <typeparam>, and <inheritdoc/> tags to public
members surfaced by commentchecker — resolves 5,847 of 5,869 issues
(99.6%) across three /fixdocs passes.
Adds Directory.Packages.props (ManagePackageVersionsCentrally) and
Directory.Build.props (net10.0/nullable/implicit usings/LangVersion latest).
Strips Version attributes from every csproj PackageReference and consolidates
versions into the central file.
Side fixes (necessary to keep the build green on .NET SDK 10.0.105 on macOS):
- Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp{,.Workspaces}: 5.3.0 -> 5.0.0. The 5.3.0
analyzer DLL references compiler 5.3.0.0 and the local SDK ships compiler
5.0.0.0, producing CS9057 on every project that loaded the Analyzers
output. Master itself was broken on this machine pre-change.
- Server + Server.Tests pin OPCFoundation.NetStandard.Opc.Ua.{Configuration,
Client} to 1.5.374.126 via VersionOverride, matching Opc.Ua.Server's
pin. Mixing 1.5.378.106 Opc.Ua.Core transitively with 1.5.374.126
Opc.Ua.Server breaks CustomNodeManager2 override signatures
(CS0115 on LoadPredefinedNodes/Browse/HistoryRead*) and CS7069 in
the tests. The pin disappears when the legacy Server project is
deleted in Task 56.
- Client.UI + Client.UI.Tests: NuGetAuditSuppress for
GHSA-xrw6-gwf8-vvr9 (Tmds.DBus.Protocol 0.20.0 reaches both projects
transitively from Avalonia.Desktop on Linux/macOS only).
Deviation from the plan: TreatWarningsAsErrors=true is NOT set in
Directory.Build.props because the pre-v2 Admin/Server test projects carry
~240 xUnit1051 analyzer warnings that would fail the build. New v2 projects
opt in via their own csproj; the global flag can return once the legacy
projects are deleted in Task 56.
- Client.CLI-002: SubscribeCommand's neverWentBad list now requires the
node to be present in lastStatus (i.e. received at least one update)
so the 'suspect' bucket only contains observed nodes.
- Client.CLI-003: every long-running command validates numeric option
ranges (Interval / Depth / MaxDepth / Duration / Max) and throws
CliFx CommandException on out-of-range values.
- Client.CLI-004: SubscribeCommand carries XML summary docs on the
type, ctor, every [CommandOption] property, and ExecuteAsync —
matching the sibling commands' style.
- Client.CLI-006: HistoryReadCommand parses --start / --end with
InvariantCulture+UTC and surfaces FormatException as CommandException;
every NodeIdParser.ParseRequired call wraps FormatException /
ArgumentException as CommandException.
- Client.CLI-007: CommandBase.ConfigureLogging calls Log.CloseAndFlush()
before assigning a new Log.Logger so prior sinks are disposed.
- Client.CLI-008: rewrote the subscribe and historyread sections of
docs/Client.CLI.md (every flag documented, summary-bucket vocabulary,
StandardDeviation aggregate, UTC --start/--end convention).
- Client.CLI-009: SubscribeCommand / AlarmsCommand use named local
handlers and detach them via -= after UnsubscribeAsync so no
notification reaches the console after the command's output phase
ends.
- Client.CLI-010: added CommandRangeValidationTests,
EventHandlerLifecycleTests, InputValidationErrorsTests,
LoggerLifecycleTests, and SubscribeCommandSummaryTests pinning every
Low fix; FakeOpcUaClientService gained AddDiscoveredVariable +
RaiseDataChanged + BrowseResultsByParent helpers.

Client.CLI-001: parse --start/--end with CultureInfo.InvariantCulture and
DateTimeStyles.AssumeUniversal|AdjustToUniversal so dates are culture-stable.
Client.CLI-005: SDK notification callbacks now hand off to an unbounded
channel drained on the main thread; handlers are unsubscribed before the
summary phase so no notification interleaves with console output.

Group all 69 projects into category subfolders under src/ and tests/ so the
Rider Solution Explorer mirrors the module structure. Folders: Core, Server,
Drivers (with a nested Driver CLIs subfolder), Client, Tooling.
- Move every project folder on disk with git mv (history preserved as renames).
- Recompute relative paths in 57 .csproj files: cross-category ProjectReferences,
the lib/ HintPath+None refs in Driver.Historian.Wonderware, and the external
mxaccessgw refs in Driver.Galaxy and its test project.
- Rebuild ZB.MOM.WW.OtOpcUa.slnx with nested solution folders.
- Re-prefix project paths in functional scripts (e2e, compliance, smoke SQL,
integration, install).
Build green (0 errors); unit tests pass. Docs left for a separate pass.
