Joseph Doherty 2193d9f2e4 fix(config): refuse to store a Sql credential in a node config override (#499)
`ClusterNode.DriverConfigOverridesJson` is the third surface a Sql driver's config
is persisted on, and the only one nothing gated. It is a map keyed by
`DriverInstanceId` merged onto the cluster-level `DriverConfig`, so a literal
`connectionString` pasted there leaks exactly as one pasted into the driver — the
leak #498 closed for `DriverInstance.DriverConfig` and `Device.DeviceConfig`.

Gated at the SAVE, not at the deploy — a deliberate departure from both options the
issue offered:

- `DraftSnapshot` carries no `ClusterNode` rows, and adding them would widen the
  snapshot and every builder of one for a single rule about a value that never
  enters the artifact.
- More to the point, a deploy gate is the wrong instrument here. Node overrides are
  not in the artifact, so blocking a deploy would not stop the credential being
  stored — it is already in the database and replicated by then. Refusing the save
  is the only point where "refuse to store it" is literally true, which is #498's
  own framing: discarding a secret on read is not the same as refusing to store it.

The check moves into a shared `SqlCredentialGuard` so the two enforcement points
cannot drift; `DraftValidator` now calls it instead of its own private helper.

Kept deliberately narrow — the `Sql` driver's `connectionString` only, and only for
instance ids that ARE Sql drivers. The issue asked whether to generalise to
credential-shaped keys across every driver type; not doing that, for the same
reason #498 did not: a broader sweep would start refusing configs that are
legitimate today for drivers which never made an indirect-credential guarantee,
which is a regression rather than defence in depth. Widen per driver, as each gains
its own contract.

The error names the offending driver instance(s) and NEVER the value — it reaches
the AdminUI and the audit trail.

14 new cases cover both halves, including the case variants (System.Text.Json binds
`ConnectionString` to `connectionString`, so a case variant is the same key, not a
bypass), non-Sql ids being ignored, and every blank/malformed/non-object shape.

Joseph Doherty 1919a8e538 feat(config): reject a persisted Sql connectionString at the deploy gate (#498)
The Sql driver's "a pasted literal connection string is never persisted" guarantee was
enforced only on the READ path: SqlDriverConfigDto has no connectionString property and
UnmappedMemberHandling.Skip drops the key on deserialization. Nothing stopped it being
WRITTEN. Config blobs are schemaless JSON columns and the fallback authoring pattern for
a driver without a typed form is a raw-JSON textarea, so an operator pasting
{"connectionString":"Server=...;Password=..."} would put a live credential in the
ConfigDb — persisted, replicated to every node's artifact cache, readable by anyone with
config access — while the runtime silently ignored it and the driver failed to connect.
Discarding a secret on read is not the same as refusing to store it.

DraftValidator.ValidateSqlConnectionStringNotPersisted fails the deploy
(SqlConnectionStringPersisted) when a Sql-typed driver instance's DriverConfig, or the
DeviceConfig of any device beneath it, carries a top-level connectionString key.

- Both surfaces are checked because DeviceConfig is merged onto DriverConfig before the
  DTO sees it — a credential pasted into the device blob is the identical leak.
- The key is matched case-insensitively: System.Text.Json binds ConnectionString to a
  connectionString property by default, so an ordinal match would leave the obvious
  bypass open.
- Only the top level is scanned; the DTO is flat, so a nested occurrence cannot bind and
  is not the mistake this rule exists to catch.
- The message never echoes the value — validation errors reach the AdminUI, the deploy
  log and the audit trail, and repeating the string there would leak the credential the
  rule is refusing to store. Pinned by a test.
- Malformed/blank/non-object JSON never throws: a parse failure would take down every
  other rule in the same pass.

16 tests. Verified falsifiable — with the rule disabled the 6 positive assertions fail
and the 10 negatives stay green, so none of them passes vacuously.

Design §8.2's "if an inline connectionString is ever permitted (dev convenience only),
the AdminUI redacts it" carve-out is withdrawn in the same change: redaction only hides a
credential that has already been written.

Not covered, and filed as a follow-up: ClusterNode.DriverConfigOverridesJson is a third
persistence surface for a driver config blob, but it is not part of DraftSnapshot, so
this validator cannot see it.

Joseph Doherty dc0d7653b9 feat(v3-batch3): B3-WP4 — {{equip}}/<RefName> reference-relative resolution
Replace the deleted equipment-base-prefix {{equip}} mechanism (impossible now
that equipment is reference-only) with per-reference resolution:
{{equip}}/<RefName> resolves through the owning equipment's UnsTagReference rows
(by effective name) to the backing raw tag's RawPath. Every unresolved <RefName>
is a clear deploy error + authoring rejection + Monaco diagnostic — preserving
"editor accepts <=> publish accepts".

Commons:
- EquipmentScriptPaths: delete DeriveEquipmentBase; SubstituteEquipmentToken now
  takes the equipment's reference map (effectiveName -> RawPath) and substitutes
  {{equip}}/<RefName> inside path literals (unresolved left intact, never throws);
  add ExtractEquipReferenceNames (path-literal scoped) +
  ExtractEquipReferenceNamesFromText (message templates). Slash syntax replaces
  the v2 dot joint.
- New EquipmentReferenceMap: shared, input-shape-agnostic builder (entity + JSON
  sides) over RawPathResolver — the single authority both compose seams + the
  validator use, so resolved RawPaths agree byte-for-byte.

Compose seams (byte-parity kept):
- AddressSpaceComposer.Compose + DeploymentArtifact.ParseComposition both build
  the per-equipment reference map from UnsTagReferences + Tags + raw topology and
  substitute VirtualTag AND ScriptedAlarm-predicate sources before dependency
  extraction (runtime dep refs = resolved RawPaths).

Deploy gate + authoring + editor:
- DraftValidator.ValidateEquipReferenceResolution: EquipReferenceUnresolved error
  for unresolved {{equip}}/<RefName> in VirtualTag/ScriptedAlarm scripts + alarm
  message-template tokens (naming script, equipment, missing ref).
- UnsTreeService.ValidateEquipTokenAsync (Wave-A M1): reference-relative authoring
  rejection, replacing the stale DeriveEquipmentBase(empty)->reject-all logic.
- ScriptAnalysisService: {{equip}}/ completion offers the equipment's reference
  effective names; DiagnoseAsync flags unresolved refs (OTSCRIPT_EQUIPREF) same as
  the deploy gate. Requests carry optional EquipmentId (threaded MonacoEditor ->
  monaco-init.js -> fetch bodies). IScriptTagCatalog.GetEquipmentRelativeLeavesAsync
  repurposed to GetEquipmentReferenceNamesAsync(equipmentId, filter).

Tests: EquipmentScriptPaths substitution/extraction (slash pinned); composer<->
artifact reference-resolution byte-parity; DraftValidator unresolved-ref;
ScriptAnalysis completion+diagnostic; M1 authoring gate. Build clean (0/0); all
five affected suites green.

Joseph Doherty 53d222e0f7 feat(driver-calc): B2-WP7 Calculation driver — IDependencyConsumer + triggers + deploy cycle gate
Adds the Calculation pseudo-driver (tags computed by C# scripts over other tags' live
values) plus the host seam that feeds it:

- IDependencyConsumer capability interface (Core.Abstractions) + DriverTypeNames.Calculation.
- CalculationDriver : IDriver, ISubscribable, IReadable, IDependencyConsumer — change-gate +
  dedupe (VirtualTagActor parity), timer-group scheduler, Bad-transition + script-log emission,
  Good recovery; reuses the T0-4 CalculationEvaluator.
- DriverHostActor spawns a DependencyConsumerMuxAdapter per dependency-consuming driver,
  registering its refs on the per-node DependencyMuxActor and forwarding DependencyValueChanged
  → OnDependencyValue; re-registers on every apply, torn down with the driver.
- Factory + probe registered in DriverFactoryBootstrap (keeps the T0-3 guard green); guard test
  csproj references the driver so the bin-scan discovers the factory.
- DeploymentArtifact injects the resolved scriptSource (scriptId → SourceCode) into a calc tag's
  delivered TagConfig so the host-blind driver can compile it.
- DraftValidator deploy gates: CalculationScriptMissing / CalculationScriptNotFound (scriptId
  existence) + CalculationDependencyCycle (DependencyGraph.DetectCycles over calc→calc edges).
- Tests: driver units (dep-ref extraction, change-gate, dedupe, Bad+script-log+recovery, timer,
  read), tag-config parsing, DraftValidator gates (self/2-cycle/cross-driver-terminal), and a
  Runtime integration test proving values FLOW mux → adapter → driver → calc-of-calc end-to-end.

Joseph Doherty e81ac352ed v3 B1-WP4/WP5: pipeline rewire to greenfield schema + dark address space
- ConfigComposer: snapshot v3 tables (RawFolders/TagGroups/UnsTagReferences),
  drop the retired Namespaces snapshot; RevisionHash follows the new blob.
- DeploymentArtifact: compute each raw tag's RawPath (RawFolder->Driver->Device->
  TagGroup ancestry via shared RawPathResolver); per-driver RawTags + merged
  DriverConfig+DeviceConfig config injected into DriverInstanceSpec via
  DriverDeviceConfigMerger; ParseComposition emits an empty EquipmentTags set
  (DARK until Batch 4); EquipmentNode driver/device hooks always null; cluster
  scoping attributes equipment by UNS line only.
- AddressSpaceComposer: rewritten to the v3 shape (no Namespace/NamespaceKind,
  no dropped Tag/Equipment fields); emits empty EquipmentTags (parity mirror).
- DriverHostActor: fan-out/write map tuple member FullName -> RawPath.
- Commons: new RawPathResolver (shared identity authority) + DriverDeviceConfigMerger
  (single/multi-device endpoint+RawTags merge).
- DraftValidator: v3 rules — raw-name charset (RawPaths.ValidateSegment),
  historized effective-tagname <=255, UNS effective-leaf uniqueness across
  UnsTagReference/VirtualTag/ScriptedAlarm; DraftSnapshot(+Factory) carry the new tables.
- AdminOperationsActor: tag-config inspection resolves driver via Device (no
  EquipmentId/DriverInstanceId on Tag).
- Tests: RawPathResolver/merger unit tests (Commons.Tests, green) +
  DeploymentArtifact RawPath/dark test (Runtime.Tests, awaits WP6 corpus fixes).

Joseph Doherty 4d39b98564 v3 batch1 WP1: greenfield DbContext + V3Initial squash + seeds + tests
DbContext (OtOpcUaConfigDbContext):
- Drop Namespace/EquipmentImportBatch/EquipmentImportRow DbSets + Configure methods.
- Add RawFolder/TagGroup/UnsTagReference DbSets + Configure methods with sibling-name
  filtered unique indexes over nullable parents (two-filtered pattern per level).
- Reshape DriverInstance (RawFolderId + UX_DriverInstance_Folder_Name/_ClusterRoot_Name),
  Tag (required DeviceId, nullable TagGroupId, UX_Tag_Group_Name/_Device_Name, IX_Tag_Device),
  Equipment (drop DriverInstanceId/DeviceId + IX_Equipment_Driver), Device (UX_Device_Driver_Name).

Migration squash -> V3Initial:
- Delete the whole Migrations/ folder; scaffold one V3Initial (applies clean to a fresh DB).
- Port the hand-written procs + AuthorizationGrants into V3Initial.StoredProcedures.cs. The v1
  generation-model procs (ConfigGeneration/GenerationId, dead since V2HostingAlignment) are
  rewritten as v3-schema-valid retirement stubs that preserve the two-role EXECUTE-grant surface
  + AuthorizationTests behaviors; sp_ComputeGenerationDiff now references the v3 tables;
  sp_ReleaseExternalIdReservation ported verbatim.

Compile-fixes for the build gate (Wave-C-owned, minimal + TODO(v3 WP4) markers):
- DraftSnapshot/DraftSnapshotFactory: drop the retired Namespaces list.
- DraftValidator: delete namespace-binding + Galaxy-FullName rules; collision rule now VirtualTag-only.

Seeds -> v3 schema:
- seed-clusters.sql summary SELECTs; all 5 scripts/smoke/seed-*.sql rewritten (DriverInstance
  RawFolderId, Device+DeviceConfig endpoint, Tag DeviceId, UnsTagReference; no ConfigGeneration/
  Namespace/sp_PublishGeneration). Verified: all seeds apply clean against a fresh V3Initial DB.

Tests (Configuration.Tests, 107 pass):
- SchemaComplianceTests rewritten to v3 tables + filtered indexes.
- New RawSchemaIntegrityTests: DB-enforced sibling-name uniqueness per raw level + UnsTagReference
  (Equipment,Tag) uniqueness.
- Delete DraftValidatorGalaxyFullNameCorpusTests (WP2/WP6 replaces); fix DraftValidatorTests +
  DraftSnapshotFactoryTests to v3 shapes; repoint scripting-migration existence test to V3Initial.

The OPC UA address-space build pipeline was named after a v2-roadmap
milestone number rather than its domain. Rename the family to describe
what it does (build/diff/apply the OPC UA address space):

  Phase7Composer          -> AddressSpaceComposer
  Phase7CompositionResult -> AddressSpaceComposition
  Phase7Planner           -> AddressSpacePlanner
  Phase7Plan              -> AddressSpacePlan
  Phase7Applier           -> AddressSpaceApplier
  Phase7ApplyOutcome      -> AddressSpaceApplyOutcome

The 9 Phase7*Tests suites follow suit; Phase7ScriptingEntitiesTests ->
ScriptingEntitiesTests (it tests the scripting migration, not the
pipeline). Log-message prefixes move to the new class names.

Pure mechanical rename, no behavioral change. EF migration classes/IDs
(AddPhase7ScriptingTables, ExtendComputeGenerationDiffWithPhase7) are
immutable and left untouched, as are historical design docs.

Build clean; OpcUaServer 261/261, Runtime 272/272, ScriptingEntities
12/12 green.

The driver/factory/seed use 'GalaxyMxGateway' (legacy 'Galaxy' was retired),
but the AdminUI editor router, GalaxyDriverPage, address picker, identity
dropdown, the Galaxy browser/probe, and DraftValidator still keyed on 'Galaxy'.
Result: the seeded GalaxyMxGateway driver couldn't be edited ('no editor
registered'), UI-created Galaxy drivers wrote a type with no factory, and a
SystemPlatform-bound GalaxyMxGateway driver failed publish validation.
Align all stragglers to GalaxyMxGateway (+ failing-test-first DraftValidator
coverage). ShouldStub's 'Galaxy' legacy safety-net left intact.

Joseph Doherty 3c915e652e refactor(configdb): drop ClusterNode.RedundancyRole (replaced by Akka leader)
Phase 1d of the v2 entity-model rewrite. The static RedundancyRole column
is replaced by Akka cluster's role-leader-of-"driver" election at runtime
(see RedundancyStateActor + ServiceLevelCalculator in Task 35).

Changes:

  - Removed `public required RedundancyRole RedundancyRole` from
    ClusterNode entity.
  - Removed `e.Property(x => x.RedundancyRole).HasConversion<string>()...`
    mapping from OtOpcUaConfigDbContext.ConfigureClusterNode.
  - Removed the `UX_ClusterNode_Primary_Per_Cluster` filtered unique index
    (filter referenced [RedundancyRole]='Primary').
  - Dropped `using ZB.MOM.WW.OtOpcUa.Configuration.Enums` from ClusterNode.cs
    (no longer needed).
  - Deleted `Enums/RedundancyRole.cs` — the enum is unused in v2-kept code.
  - DraftValidator: dropped the "exactly one Primary per cluster"
    validation block. Comment in place explaining v2 picks primary at
    runtime via Akka.
  - DraftValidatorTests: dropped ValidateClusterTopology_flags_multiple_Primary
    test; reworked BuildNode helper to no longer take a `role` argument.

Untouched (Server + Admin still reference RedundancyRole; accepted broken
per Task 56 policy):

  src/Server/ZB.MOM.WW.OtOpcUa.Server/Redundancy/{ClusterTopologyLoader,
    RedundancyStatePublisher, RedundancyTopology, ServiceLevelCalculator}.cs
  src/Server/ZB.MOM.WW.OtOpcUa.Admin/Services/RedundancyMetrics.cs

DB-runtime tests will fail against the new schema (Task 14f's migration
drops the column) — to be updated in Task 14f's SchemaComplianceTests
update:

  - SchemaComplianceTests.cs:55 (expected filtered index list)
  - StoredProceduresTests.cs:263 (raw INSERT names the column)

Verification:
  src/Core/ZB.MOM.WW.OtOpcUa.Configuration            -> 0 errors
  tests/Core/ZB.MOM.WW.OtOpcUa.Configuration.Tests    -> 0 errors
  whole solution                                       -> 71 errors
    (70 from Task 14b in Server/Admin, +1 new Server/Redundancy reference)

Joseph Doherty c126fc7a7d fix(configuration): resolve Medium code-review findings (Configuration-002, -003, -006, -009)
Configuration-002: sp_PublishGeneration is transaction-nesting aware
(BEGIN TRANSACTION vs SAVE TRANSACTION on @@TRANCOUNT) so a caller's outer
transaction survives a publish failure; sp_ValidateDraft wrapped in TRY/CATCH.
Configuration-003: ValidatePathLength uses the cluster's actual Enterprise/Site
lengths when available, falling back to the conservative approximation.
Configuration-006: ResilientConfigReader treats a command-timeout
TaskCanceledException as a fault (not caller cancellation) and falls back.
Configuration-009: removed the checked-in plaintext sa connection string;
CreateDbContext now requires OTOPCUA_CONFIG_CONNECTION.

Joseph Doherty a25593a9c6 chore: organize solution into module folders (Core/Server/Drivers/Client/Tooling)
Group all 69 projects into category subfolders under src/ and tests/ so the
Rider Solution Explorer mirrors the module structure. Folders: Core, Server,
Drivers (with a nested Driver CLIs subfolder), Client, Tooling.

- Move every project folder on disk with git mv (history preserved as renames).
- Recompute relative paths in 57 .csproj files: cross-category ProjectReferences,
  the lib/ HintPath+None refs in Driver.Historian.Wonderware, and the external
  mxaccessgw refs in Driver.Galaxy and its test project.
- Rebuild ZB.MOM.WW.OtOpcUa.slnx with nested solution folders.
- Re-prefix project paths in functional scripts (e2e, compliance, smoke SQL,
  integration, install).

Build green (0 errors); unit tests pass. Docs left for a separate pass.
