Register row 131 (deferred-work register).

Clients live until their session/factory is disposed; an endpoint removed or renamed in a site's address pair leaves its client and channel resident.

Revisit trigger (from register): Sites whose gRPC addresses change often, or a channel/handle leak in a long-running central.

Current state: Not done; bounded by address edits per process lifetime.
