Register row 130 (deferred-work register).

04/P6 is partly done: read paths use lean projections, but member add/update still materialises the whole template analysis graph because no repository method loads just a template's chain + composition closure.

Revisit trigger (from register): Template-edit latency complaints, or the library growing past a few hundred templates.

Current state: Partial.
