Joseph Doherty 86d129de6c fix(dcl): harden endpoint host-rewrite — IPv6 brackets + portless URLs
Code review of a1abbff7 found two edge cases: a discovery/advertised URL with no
explicit port emitted a malformed ':-1' (opc.tcp has no Uri default port), and an
IPv6 literal host could lose/double its brackets. Omit the port when neither URL
carries one; bracket an IPv6 host only when missing. +4 tests (12 total).

Joseph Doherty a1abbff760 fix(dcl): rewrite advertised OPC UA endpoint host to the reachable one
An OPC UA server advertises its base address from its own config, not the route
the client took — commonly a 0.0.0.0 wildcard bind or an internal container/NAT
hostname. The OPC Foundation session dials EndpointDescription.EndpointUrl
verbatim, so a 0.0.0.0 advertisement resolved to the client's own loopback and
the connect failed. RealOpcUaClient now swaps the advertised authority for the
reachable host/port (ConnectAsync + VerifyEndpointAsync), preserving scheme+path;
no-op when already reachable. Surfaced live-gating OtOpcUa v3 (#14).

Joseph Doherty 3e84eee195 fix(dcl): route native OPC UA alarms by binding identity, not event name
A native OPC UA alarm source's SourceReference has to be two things at once:
it is parsed as a NodeId to open the monitored item, and matched as a plain-name
prefix against the event's SourceName to route the transition to an instance. No
string is both, so a NodeId-form binding subscribed correctly and then silently
dropped every transition — "pymodbus/plc/HR200".StartsWith("nsu=...;s=pymodbus/plc/HR200")
is false. Only the empty (Server-object) binding worked, because StartsWith("")
matches everything, which is why the sole live smoke test never caught it.

Each OPC UA alarm feed is opened for exactly one binding, so every transition on
it belongs to that binding. The adapter now tags each transition's routing
identity (SourceObjectReference) with the binding string verbatim via the pure
OpcUaAlarmMapper.BuildIdentity, making DataConnectionActor's routing key an exact
match regardless of whether the binding is stored as ns=<index> or the durable
nsu=<uri> form. The Server-object aggregate feed keeps an empty routing identity,
so it reaches only "mirror everything" subscribers and never leaks into a
specific-node binding. The per-condition SourceReference key stays the readable
SourceName.ConditionName, so persistence and display are unchanged, and MxGateway
is untouched — its bindings are names and its mapper already emits matching names.

Unblocked by lmxopcua#473 (OtOpcUa now populates SourceNode/SourceName/EventType
on conditions); SourceName is the RawPath, so the per-condition key is unique.
Live end-to-end verification against native alarms still needs a v3 rig.

Joseph Doherty 30196d1ab8 feat(dcl): bind OPC UA nodes by namespace URI, not baked index
A stored ns=<index> reference is only meaningful against one server's namespace
table. A server that adds, removes or reorders a namespace silently re-points
every binding: best case BadNodeIdUnknown, worst case the index now names a
different namespace holding a colliding identifier and the binding resolves to
the wrong node with Good quality. Nothing could detect that, because ScadaBridge
stored no namespace URI anywhere.

OtOpcUa v3.0 makes this concrete: v2's sole custom namespace and v3's raw
namespace both sit at index 2, so v2-era bindings resolve against v3 without
error while meaning something else entirely.

Adds OpcUaNodeReference as the single translation seam between stored references
and the wire. Resolve() accepts both ns=<index>;s=<id> (existing bindings, which
keep working unchanged) and the durable nsu=<uri>;s=<id>, mapping the URI to the
live index at use time; it is wired into every parse site — subscribe, read,
write, alarm-subscribe and browse. An unpublished URI now throws naming the URI
rather than binding to whatever occupies that index, and a svr= reference to
another server is rejected instead of being resolved against the wrong address
space.

The browser emits ToDurable(), so what the picker shows is what gets stored and
newly-authored bindings are index-proof from the start. That also closes a
round-trip gap: browse previously emitted ExpandedNodeId.ToString(), which for a
URI- or server-index-carrying reference produced a string NodeId.Parse could not
read back — the same method already resolved it correctly 57 lines later.

Bindings stored before this change keep their ns= form and keep working; they are
only as durable as the server's namespace order. Re-authoring against the picker
is what makes them durable, and that re-bind still needs a live v3 rig.

Joseph Doherty 9cff87fe85 docs(comments): strip internal task/milestone/bundle bookkeeping from code comments
Remove project bookkeeping citations from shipped code comments across the
solution: hyphenated task IDs (WP-14, StoreAndForward-025), milestone/task/
issue refs (M3, Task 4, Audit Log #23, #21), Bundle X task-bundle labels,
and C/D/K/S/T phase labels.

Comment text only — no code logic, string/log literals, or XML-doc structure
changed. Genuine descriptions are preserved (only the citation is stripped),
and technical lookalikes are retained (UTF-8, SHA-256, T00:00:00, M365,
UTC-5, pre-C4/pre-C5 schema versions). Flagged by the new CommentChecker
TaskReferenceInComment / TrackingReferenceInComment checks plus targeted
grep passes; full solution builds clean, append-only guard tests pass.

Joseph Doherty 722b8663c1 feat(dcl): populate obtainable NativeAlarmTransition fields from OPC UA and MxGateway (#27, M2.13)
OPC UA (RealOpcUaClient):
- Append 5 new SelectClauses at indices 13–17 (never renumber 0–12):
  - 13: AlarmConditionType/ActiveState/TransitionTime → OriginalRaiseTime
  - 14–17: LimitAlarmType HighHighLimit/HighLimit/LowLimit/LowLowLimit → LimitValue
- New OpcUaAlarmMapper.PickLimitValue helper: first non-null in HiHi→Hi→Lo→LoLo
priority order, InvariantCulture-formatted; empty string for non-limit alarm types.
- HandleAlarmEvent reads new indices with fields.Count > N guards; hard minimum (6)
unchanged so base ConditionType events still process without the limit fields.
- Document unavailable-by-protocol fields (Category, Description, OperatorUser,
CurrentValue) inline in BuildAlarmEventFilter and HandleAlarmEvent.

MxGateway (MxGatewayAlarmMapper):
- MapTransition: CurrentValue and LimitValue now populated via MxValueToString
(uses MxValueExtensions.ToClrValue + InvariantCulture) from OnAlarmTransitionEvent
  proto fields current_value/limit_value.
- MapSnapshot: same — populated from ActiveAlarmSnapshot.current_value/limit_value.
- MxValueToString helper (internal): null-safe MxValue → string conversion.

Tests (17 new, 40 total pass):
- OpcUaAlarmMapperTests: PickLimitValue priority, InvariantCulture, all-null case.
- MxGatewayAlarmMapperTests: CurrentValue/LimitValue populate from double/string
MxValue; absent fields yield empty strings.
- RealOpcUaClientAlarmFilterTests: index alignment assertions (count=18, per-index
TypeDefinitionId+BrowsePath), regression guard on existing indices 0–12.

Joseph Doherty 00304a26e6 fix(dcl): resolve OPC UA alarm type NodeId to friendly name so conditionFilter works (#8)
HandleAlarmEvent set AlarmTypeName to the event-type NodeId string ("i=9341"),
but the client-side conditionFilter gate (and the OPC UA WhereClause) use friendly
type names — so a friendly-name filter built a correct server WhereClause yet the
client gate dropped every event (zero alarms delivered). Resolve the event-type
NodeId to its friendly name via an inverse of KnownConditionTypeIds (NodeId-string
fallback for custom types) so both sides agree. Also fix a dead-code ternary in
the SourceName derivation.

Joseph Doherty 8825df56be fix(dcl): apply native-alarm conditionFilter (client-side gate + OPC UA WhereClause) (#8)
conditionFilter was plumbed end-to-end but applied nowhere — a filtered source
silently mirrored all conditions. Define the filter as a comma-separated,
case-insensitive list of condition type names (blank = all); enforce it
authoritatively client-side in DataConnectionActor routing (uniform across OPC UA
+ MxGateway) and, for OPC UA, additionally build a server-side EventFilter
WhereClause as a bandwidth optimization.

EventFilter + ConditionRefresh snapshot, mapping fields via OpcUaAlarmMapper.
Behavior verified against a live A&C server in Task 28; mapper unit-tested.

Joseph Doherty 4b6ff49822 fix(dcl+centralui): MxGateway tag browse — lazy attributes, frame-size cap, wider scrollable picker
Expanding a Galaxy object in the tag picker hung on "loading…": the browse
reply inlined every child's full attribute set (~152 KB), exceeding Akka's
128 KB remote frame, and remoting silently discarded the oversized reply.

Browse path (DataConnectionLayer):
- RealMxGatewayClient: navigation now uses BrowseChildren(include_attributes=
false) — child objects only — and an object's own attributes load lazily via
DiscoverHierarchy(root, max_depth=0) when it's expanded. Payload drops from
~152 KB/level to a few KB. Seam contract unchanged.
- DataConnectionActor.CapBrowseChildren: protocol-agnostic byte-budget cap
(~100 KB) on every BrowseNodeResult before it crosses the site→central
frame, OR-ing the adapter's own Truncated flag. Byte budget, not a count —
the only bound that holds regardless of NodeId/attribute-name length.
- RealOpcUaClient: requestedMaxReferencesPerNode 1000 → 500 to narrow the
window before the byte budget applies.
- Graceful gRPC Unimplemented handling → NotSupportedException →
BrowseFailureKind.NotBrowsable with an actionable message (older gateway
  builds lacking BrowseChildren).

Picker UI (CentralUI):
- NodeBrowserDialog: modal-lg → modal-xl; new scoped .razor.css caps the tree
at 55vh with its own scrollbar so manual entry + Select/Cancel stay visible.
- Protocol-agnostic failure messages (was hardcoded "OPC UA …"); renamed the
  leftover opcua-browser-tree class to node-browser-tree.

Tests: new frame-budget cap test + NotSupported=>NotBrowsable mapping test;
DCL suite 88/88. Doc: Component-DataConnectionLayer.md records the lazy
attribute-light browse and the frame-size guard.
