Notify.Send mints NotificationId as Guid "N" (no dashes) and the outbox parses it back into
the audit row's CorrelationId, so the Flow Debugger's Notify node linked and relayed a "D"
string the Notifications table never matches (found live: the report opened empty). The
link and RetryNotificationRequest now use "N", and the Notification report normalises any
Guid-shaped ?correlationId= to "N" so Audit Log and Flow Debugger callers both land.

FlowDebugService.PredictMethodAsync resolved route targets with a sync-over-async
GetAwaiter().GetResult() inside the predictor's synchronous resolver — on the circuit's
single-threaded renderer sync context that blocked the dispatcher forever the moment a
method whose script routes to a site script was chosen (every later click and JS-interop
reply queued behind it; the page looked inert with a healthy websocket and no error).
Misdiagnosed on 2026-09-06 as a login-disabled localStorage stall. Now a resolve-and-rewalk
loop: each pass records the targets it could not answer, they are awaited between passes,
and the walk converges once a pass asks for nothing new (bounded by MaxPredictionPasses).
Regression test drives the service under a single-thread pump sync context (fails in 10 s
on the old code, passes now) plus a nested Scripts.Call resolve-across-passes test.

IFlowDebugService/FlowDebugService (scoped, registered beside IDataConnectionMoveService).
Run/replay go to the per-node ManagementActor through ManagementActorHolder with the Blazor
principal projected to AuthenticatedUser, exactly as DataConnectionMoveService does; the
FlowDebugRunResult payload is deserialised (camelCase) and fed to FlowGraphBuilder, while
ManagementError/Unauthorized/holder-null/transport faults collapse into FlowDebugOutcome
with the server's error code verbatim (STANDBY_NODE reaches the page untouched). Prediction
is DB-only: PredictMethodAsync hands FlowShapePredictor a memoised resolver that maps a
route target → Instance.UniqueName → template parent chain (nearest definition wins, cycle
guarded) → TemplateScript.Code; PredictValueChangeAsync roots at the write and appends each
script whose value-change trigger names the attribute (same attributeName/attribute keys
the site's TriggerRouting parser reads).

P6-7 (CWE-1236): AuditEndpoints CSV export quoted cells on comma/quote/CR/LF
but never neutralized a leading =, +, -, @, TAB, or CR — inbound-API-caller
text landing in Target/ErrorMessage/RequestSummary/ResponseSummary/Extra
could execute as a formula/DDE trigger when opened in Excel. AppendField now
prefixes a literal single quote on free-text columns only (never the
GUID/enum/numeric/date/bool columns the exporter formats itself), applied
before RFC 4180 quoting. The CSV was also missing ExecutionId/
ParentExecutionId/SourceNode that the JSONL export already carried; both are
now 24 columns in the same AuditExportRow order. A second, independently
maintained CSV writer (CentralUI's AuditLogExportService, feeding the Audit
Log page's bulk-export button) had the identical gap and got the identical
fix + column alignment.
P6-8: `audit export` was the one CLI HTTP path with no deadline at all — a
residual gap from the ManagementHttpClient timeout-honesty fix, which made
HttpClient.Timeout infinite and the per-call token the single deadline
everywhere except this streamed GET. RunExportAsync now takes a headers-
received deadline (CancelAfter, reusing ManagementHttpClient.
DefaultConnectTimeout) around the initial GetAsync, an inactivity deadline
around the streaming copy (rearmed on every successful read, so large exports
are bounded by silence, not total size), and an external CancellationToken
wired to Console.CancelKeyPress in AuditCommands so Ctrl-C cancels promptly.
A stalled/faulted stream now produces a friendly error noting the partial
output file instead of hanging or dumping a stack trace.
Central and each site are SEPARATE Akka clusters, so central cannot act on a
site's membership -- it asks. New TriggerSiteFailover/SiteFailoverAck contract
travels the existing ClusterClient command/control channel (mirroring the
RetryParkedOperation relay); the site's own SiteCommunicationActor performs the
graceful Leave and acks the outcome.
- ClusterFailoverCoordinator moved out of Host into Communication/ClusterState,
beside ActiveNodeEvaluator. Both paths now share ONE oldest-Up implementation;
SiteCommunicationActor cannot reference Host, and the two definitions must not
drift or the node asked to leave stops being the singleton host.
- Site scope is the SITE-SPECIFIC role (site-{SiteId}), not the base Site role --
site singletons are placed on the former, so the base role would move the wrong
node. Pinned by a unit test asserting the role string and by a real-cluster test.
- Site-side guards: refuses a command addressed to another site (a misroute must
never fail over a site the operator did not select), refuses when there is no
peer, and reports a fault as an ack rather than throwing into supervision --
a restart there would drop central's Ask into a bare timeout and lose the reason.
- Ack is sent before the Leave takes effect so it still reaches central.
- UI: the same control now serves both scopes via a SiteId parameter. The site
confirmation deliberately does NOT claim the admin's page will disconnect --
it won't, and crying wolf there devalues the central warning that is real. A
site refusal and an unreachable site surface distinctly.
- Rolling upgrade: a site on an older binary has no handler, so the message
dead-letters and the Ask times out, reported as "site did not respond". That
is the honest outcome; documented on the contract.
Fallout fixed: HealthPageTests now renders the page inside
CascadingAuthenticationState with the real policy set and IAuthorizationService,
because the cards embed an AuthorizeView. That mirrors production, where the
layout supplies the cascading value.
Admin-triggered failover of the central pair. IManualFailoverService is declared in
CentralUI (plain strings, so that project stays Akka-free); AkkaManualFailoverService
implements it in the Host and is registered only in the Central branch.
- Leave, never Down: singletons hand over instead of being killed.
- Target = oldest Up member with the Central role, mirroring ActiveNodeEvaluator, so
the node acted on is exactly the one hosting the singletons (never the leader,
whose address-ordered definition diverges from singleton placement after a restart).
- Peer guard: returns null when fewer than 2 Up Central members — failing over a lone
node is an outage, not a failover.
- Audited BEFORE the Leave is issued via ICentralAuditWriter: the acting node can be
the one that goes away, and an audit written after could be lost to the shutdown it
describes. Best-effort — audit failure never blocks the failover.
New audit taxonomy: AuditChannel.Cluster + AuditKind.ManualFailover (operator-initiated
topology actions are not script trust-boundary crossings, but are exactly what an audit
log exists to attribute). Lock-in tests updated 5->6 channels, 16->17 kinds.
alog.md §4 updated per the lock-in tests' contract. Both tables were already stale --
the Channel row omitted SecuredWrite and the Kind table claimed 10 while the code had
16 -- so they are completed here, not merely appended to.
ManualFailoverTests: 3 real-cluster tests (oldest leaves + survivor takes over, peer
guard refuses with a positive still-running assert, dry-run probe does not perturb).
Wire the operator Alarm Summary page to the transient per-site live alarm
cache (ISiteAlarmLiveCache, T4). Live-cache-first: on site select the page
subscribes and rebuilds rows/rollup from near-real-time onChanged deltas; the
15s poll is kept untouched as the authority for NotReporting and as the
safety net whenever the cache is not live (pre-seed or degraded stream). Both
paths mutate shared state only via the Blazor dispatcher, so they never race,
and each rebuild is an idempotent snapshot.
- IAlarmSummaryService.BuildFromLiveAlarms: flattens a live AlarmStateChanged
snapshot to AlarmSummaryRows with the same deterministic instance-then-name
sort as GetSiteAlarmsAsync; NotReporting always empty on the live path.
- AlarmSummary.razor: inject ISiteAlarmLiveCache; subscribe on select,
re-subscribe on site change, unsubscribe on leave + Dispose.
- Tests: service BuildFromLiveAlarms flatten/sort/empty; page subscribe,
poll-fallback render, onChanged rebuild, unsubscribe on leave/change/dispose.

GetSeriesAsync now branches on window width: windows wider than
RollupThresholdHours (default 168h/7d) read pre-aggregated hourly rollups
via GetHourlySeriesAsync; windows at or below the threshold read raw
samples via GetRawSeriesAsync (preserving intra-minute detail on 24h/7d).
The boundary is strict greater-than, so exactly 168h stays on the raw
path. KpiSeriesBucketer.Bucket runs unchanged on whichever series (a 90d
rollup can still exceed the point ceiling). Both ctors route identically
via a shared FetchSeriesAsync helper reading _options.RollupThresholdHours,
the same options instance that already supplies DefaultMaxSeriesPoints.
GetSeriesAsync public signature unchanged.

Remove project bookkeeping citations from shipped code comments across the
solution: hyphenated task IDs (WP-14, StoreAndForward-025), milestone/task/
issue refs (M3, Task 4, Audit Log #23, #21), Bundle X task-bundle labels,
and C/D/K/S/T phase labels.
Comment text only — no code logic, string/log literals, or XML-doc structure
changed. Genuine descriptions are preserved (only the citation is stripped),
and technical lookalikes are retained (UTF-8, SHA-256, T00:00:00, M365,
UTC-5, pre-C4/pre-C5 schema versions). Flagged by the new CommentChecker
TaskReferenceInComment / TrackingReferenceInComment checks plus targeted
grep passes; full solution builds clean, append-only guard tests pass.
Resolve all 622 issues flagged by the enhanced CommentChecker: add missing
<returns> tags (incl. the standard phrasing on non-generic Task methods),
add missing <summary> tags, and replace misused/redundant <inheritdoc/> on
members that override or implement nothing with real documentation.
Documentation-only — no behavior change; solution builds clean.
Adds a Test Bindings button to the Connection Bindings table on the Configure
Instance page that opens a modal showing the live current value of every bound
attribute. Reuses the routing path that the OPC UA tag browser landed on:
Central: TestBindingsDialog → IBindingTester → CommunicationService
→ ReadTagValuesCommand → SiteEnvelope (Ask)
Site: SiteCommunicationActor → DeploymentManagerActor singleton
→ DataConnectionManagerActor → child DataConnectionActor
→ _adapter.ReadBatchAsync
Split mirrors the browse handler:
• Manager owns ConnectionNotFound (only it sees the per-site connection set).
• Child owns ConnectionNotConnected (pre-call status check, never stash —
read is interactive design-time), Timeout (OperationCanceledException),
ServerError (any other exception). Per-tag failures from ReadBatchAsync
become failure TagReadOutcomes without aborting the batch.
CentralUI:
• IBindingTester / BindingTester — Design-role guard via HasClaim against
JwtTokenService.RoleClaimType (not IsInRole — see c1e16cf), typed
transport-failure translation.
• TestBindingsDialog — ShowAsync(siteId, rows, instanceLabel) method-arg
pattern (no Razor parameter race; see 2c138b6), groups rows by connection
and issues one ReadAsync per connection in parallel, per-row error subline
+ per-connection banner, Refresh button re-issues the reads.
• InstanceConfigure.razor — Test Bindings button next to Save Bindings,
disabled when no testable rows. OPC UA only today (other protocols have
no ReadTagValuesCommand wiring yet).
Tests:
• Commons: ReadTagValuesCommand discovered by ManagementCommandRegistry.
• DataConnectionLayer: unknown connection → ConnectionNotFound,
not-connected adapter → ConnectionNotConnected (ReadBatchAsync NOT called),
success-path mapping (Good/Bad + per-tag error), cancellation → Timeout.
• CentralUI: register IBindingTester (and the previously-missing
IOpcUaBrowseService) on the existing InstanceConfigureAuditDrillinTests
Bunit container so the page renders cleanly with the new dialog.
ClaimsIdentity is built without an explicit roleType, so IsInRole("Design")
checks ClaimTypes.Role while actual claims use "Role" — the guard always
returned not-authorized. Switch to HasClaim(RoleClaimType, "Design").
- BrowseOpcUaNodeCommand: int DataConnectionId -> string ConnectionName
(site DataConnectionManagerActor indexes children by name; CentralUI
already has the connection name in scope via the dropdown — no extra
plumbing across the trust boundary).
- IOpcUaBrowseService / OpcUaBrowseService: parameter renamed accordingly.
- OpcUaBrowserDialog: collapse the duplicate ConnectionName parameters
(display label and routing key are the same string).
- Task 10: DataConnectionManagerActor forwards BrowseOpcUaNodeCommand to
its child by name (owns ConnectionNotFound); DataConnectionActor adds
the receive across all three lifecycle states (Connecting / Connected
/ Reconnecting) and maps adapter outcomes to BrowseFailureKind
(NotBrowsable / ConnectionNotConnected / Timeout / ServerError).
- Task 17: SetFailure in OpcUaBrowserDialog implements the full
BrowseFailureKind switch with friendly UI messages.
- Tests: DataConnectionManagerBrowseHandlerTests covers ConnectionNotFound,
NotBrowsable, success, and ConnectionNotConnectedException paths.
