The Phase 2 soak's "LocalDb fails under load" blocker is NOT a product defect.
Root cause: host-side (macOS) sqlite3 reads of the live, bind-mounted WAL
databases. POSIX advisory locks do not propagate across the virtiofs boundary,
so the host reader believes it is the only connection, checkpoints on close and
resets the WAL to 0 bytes under the container. The container's still-mapped
WAL index then references frames that no longer exist and every subsequent
statement fails SQLITE_IOERR_SHORT_READ (522) -> primary code 10, permanently
until the process reopens the database.
Reproduced on demand both on the rig (one sqlite3 SELECT reset a 4.6 MiB WAL and
produced the first error one second later) and in a minimal python:3.12-alpine
repro with no LocalDb or .NET involved. Refuted the converse: a freshly-reopened
node sustained the full soak load 10+ minutes with zero errors.
The original brief's isolation was confounded - both nodes had been poisoned by
the same sampling pass, and a poisoned standby looks healthy only because it
issues almost no statements. Corrections annotated in place.
Hardening shipped alongside:
- SqliteErrorCodes.Describe: log SQLite primary AND extended codes at the
LocalDb-adjacent catch sites (the missing extended code is what made the
original diagnosis so slow).
- SiteAuditTelemetryActor: stop touching ActorContext across an await
(NotSupportedException), with regression coverage.
- infra/reseed.sh: apply the MSSQL init scripts explicitly. The official
mssql/server image does not implement /docker-entrypoint-initdb.d, so a fresh
volume hung the reseed forever; compose mounts annotated as informational.
Deliberately NOT done: detect-and-reopen self-heal in SqliteLocalDb. It defends
only against external interference, which is now prevented at the source, and
same-kernel production readers see the locks correctly.
Build 0 warnings; SiteAuditTelemetryActorTests 9/9, SiteEventLogging 70/70.

infra/ no longer runs scadabridge-ldap (retired); central nodes bind the shared
zb-shared-glauth on 10.100.0.35:3893 (dc=zb,dc=local). Source of truth:
scadaproj/infra/glauth/. test_infra_ldap.md banner-marked SUPERSEDED.
Completes the multi-role test user's 4th role. HasData row Id=5
(SCADA-Viewers->Viewer) + the SCADA-Viewers group in the (now-retired) local
glauth config. The live shared dir is scadaproj/infra/glauth/.
Both :9000 (docker) and :9100 (docker-env2) central nodes now bind the shared dev
GLAuth (scadaproj/infra/glauth/, dc=zb,dc=local) via the cn=serviceaccount search
account instead of the bundled scadabridge-ldap container (now commented out in
infra/docker-compose.yml, kept for rollback). Verified: multi-role -> all 4 roles
on both clusters with scadabridge-ldap stopped.
Replace dc=scadabridge,dc=local with dc=zb,dc=local in all dev/test LDAP
references — app config, docker test-cluster node configs (docker/ and
docker-env2/), GLAuth fixture, dev tooling, Host.Tests fixtures,
IntegrationTests factory, and operational test_infra docs. OU structure
(ou=SCADA-Admins,ou=users,etc.) preserved throughout. Email domains
(@scadabridge.local), hostnames, and container names are untouched.
Historical plan docs (2026-05-24-second-environment.md,
2026-05-31-folder-repo-rename-scadabridge-design.md) excluded as
point-in-time records. No synthetic dc=example,dc=com placeholders touched.
ASP.NET Data Protection ciphertext is non-deterministic and bound to the
source key ring, so encrypted secret columns (ExternalSystemDefinitions
.AuthConfiguration, SmtpConfigurations.Credentials, DatabaseConnection
Definitions.ConnectionString) cannot be replayed from a static SQL dump —
the app would fail to decrypt them. dump_seed.py now emits those columns
as NULL; reseed.sh adds a post-seed stage that recreates the values
through the ScadaLink CLI so the EF value converter re-encrypts against
the target cluster's key ring.
The Test Run sandbox and Monaco analysis modelled a script API that had
drifted from the site runtime's ScriptGlobals, so real scripts failed to
compile in Test Run. Realign both to the runtime surface
(Instance/Scripts/ExternalSystem/Attributes/Children/Parent) and drop the
duplicate ScriptHost stub so the two cannot diverge again.
- Script calls (Scripts.CallShared, Instance.CallScript, Route.To().Call)
accept an anonymous object instead of a hand-built dictionary, via a
shared ScriptArgs normalizer; existing dictionary calls still compile.
- Test Run can optionally bind to a deployed instance, so Instance/
Attributes/CallScript route to it cross-site; adds site-side
RouteToGetAttributes/RouteToSetAttributes handlers.
- Adds Test Run panels to the API method and template script editors.
- Fixes the TestDatabaseQuery seed script, which queried a table that
never existed.
Also commits unrelated in-progress work already in the tree: the health
monitoring report loop, site streaming changes, and the Admin/Design
data-connection and SMTP page reorganization.
LmxFakeProxy is no longer needed now that two real LmxProxy v2 instances
are available for testing. Added remote test infra section to test_infra.md
documenting the windev instances. Removed tagsim (never committed).
Move all CRUD create/edit forms from inline on list pages to dedicated form pages
with back-button navigation and post-save redirect. Add Playwright Docker container
(browser server on port 3000) with 25 passing E2E tests covering login, navigation,
and site CRUD workflows. Add POST /auth/token endpoint for clean JWT retrieval.
Organize documentation by moving requirements (HighLevelReqs, Component-*,
lmxproxy_protocol) to docs/requirements/ and test infrastructure docs to
docs/test_infra/. Updates all cross-references in README, CLAUDE.md,
infra/README, component docs, and 23 plan files.

Multi-stage Dockerfile with NuGet restore layer caching, per-node appsettings
with Docker hostnames, shared bridge network with infra services, and
build/deploy/teardown scripts. Ports use 90xx block to avoid conflicts.
Adds a fourth Docker service (Mailpit) to capture outgoing emails without
delivery, with CLI tool for sending test emails, listing/reading captured
messages, and clearing the inbox. Supports BCC pattern matching ScadaLink's
notification delivery model.
Stand up local dev infrastructure (OPC UA, LDAP, MS SQL) with Docker Compose,
Python CLI tools for service interaction, and teardown script. Fix GLAuth config
mount, OPC PLC node format, and document actual DN/namespace behavior discovered
during testing. Resolve Q1-Q8,Q10: .NET 10, Akka.NET 1.5.x, monorepo with slnx,
appsettings JWT, Windows Server 2022 site target.
