+## HTTP command eligibility

+`ManagementCommandRegistry` includes 149 executable HTTP contracts. The site-only
+`ReadTagValuesCommand` and retired `ResolveRolesCommand` remain internal message
+types but are excluded from the HTTP registry, so `/management` rejects those
